Signs and Wonders of the Apostles
A reading from the Acts of the Apostles 5, 12 – 16:
Many signs and wonders were done among the people at the hands of the Apostles. There were all together in Solomon’s portico. None of the others dared to join them, but the people esteemed them. Yet more than ever, believers in the Lord, great numbers of men and women, were added to them. Thus they even carried the sick out into the streets and laid them on cots and mats so that when Peter came by, at least his shadow might fall on one or another of them. A large number of people from the towns in the vicinity of Jerusalem also gathered, bringing the sick and those disturbed by unclean spirits and they were all cured.
I received a letter today and this person wrote the following:
“Thank you, Father, you prayed for me and I received a healing in December 2012. My heart rejoices when you post all the healings on your website that are occurring. May the mercy of God be upon all those seeking spiritual and bodily healings. In thanksgiving my husband and I attend daily rosary and Mass at our parish Church of the Holy Family. We are truly blessed.” Praise the Lord for all that He does.
Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“Believe My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters that I am working among you all the time since I was on earth. So today you can believe that people are being healed and the evil one is chased away from people. Saint Peter was known in Jerusalem for being a great healer. At the end the people would bring the sick and those possessed and put them on cots and mats on the streets so that Saint Peter could heal them and chase away the evil one. He healed all those who came to him. The result being that many people became believers in Me and entered My Church.
I wish to tell you that I am still doing the same today through those whom I gave the power of healing and the power of chasing away the evil spirits. There are some in every country who are working with My power. Especially where My Mother appeared there are some there that have this gift. Many have been healed at Lourdes in France and at Fatima in Portugal and in other places as well including the chapel of Our Lady of Prince Edward Island. Hundreds have been healed in that chapel. There is now a healing service there every first Friday of the month. Others can come on any day, and the priest will pray for their healing. I want that all the sick be healed. I love you all.”

P.S. We had another hot day on Wednesday but we expect thunder tomorrow on Thursday. It is a fact that summer is here. I thank the Lord for the beautiful sun.
