The Beloved Disciple

A reading from the Gospel of Saint John 21, 20 – 23:

Peter turned and saw the disciple following whom Jesus loved, the one who had also reclined upon his chest during the supper and had said, “Master, who is the one who will betray you?” When Peter saw him, he said to Jesus, “Lord, what about him?” Jesus said to him, “What if I want him to remain until I come? What concern is it of yours? You follow me.” So the word spread among the brothers that that disciple would not die. But Jesus had not told him that he would not die, just “What if I want him to remain until I come? What concern is it of yours?”

It is this disciple who testifies to these things and has written them, and we know that his testimony is true. There are also many other things that Jesus did, but if these were to be described individually, I do not think the whole world would contain the books that would be written.

We had a lovely sunny day again Friday. I had some visitors. Some came from Connecticut, USA and others came from Nova Scotia in Canada. They came to pray in the chapel of Our Lady of Prince Edward Island and ask for prayers. I prayed with them.

Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Mother given to Father Melvin. She spoke to me these words,

“I love you My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters who love My Son Jesus and who love Me. You know that Jesus, My Son, while He was on the cross and before He died, He gave Me the Apostle Saint John as My son and I become his Mother. From that day Saint John took Me to his home. When the Apostles were with Jesus after His Resurrection and they were at the Sea of Galilee, My Son Jesus, spoke to Saint Peter and made him head of His Church. Then Saint Peter asked My Son about Saint John. In fact My Son told him not to be concern about Saint John. The other Apostles understood that Saint John would not die but that is not what My Son said. Saint John did die at an old age after he had done all that My Son wanted him to do.

My dear sons and daughters whom I love with all My Heart, follow My Son Jesus. Be people of prayer and love to pray the rosary every day. Those who pray the rosary are protected from the evil one. I am praying for you every day that My Son Jesus may bless you and give you all the graces you need. I bless you all.”
