The Entry into Jerusalem

Dear Friends,

Please read the passage below from the Gospel of St. Luke (19:28-38):

After he had said this, he proceeded on his journey up to Jerusalem. As he drew near to Bethphage and Bethany at the place called the Mount of Olives, he sent two of his disciples. He said, “Go into the village opposite you, and as you enter it you will find a colt tethered on which no one has ever sat. Untie it and bring it here. And if anyone should ask you, ‘Why are you untying it?’ you will answer, ‘The Master has need of it.'” So those who had been sent went off and found everything just as he had told them. And as they were untying the colt, its owners said to them, “Why are you untying this colt?” They answered, “The Master has need of it.” So they brought it to Jesus, threw their cloaks over the colt, and helped Jesus to mount. As he rode along, the people were spreading their cloaks on the road; and now as he was approaching the slope of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of his disciples began to praise God aloud with joy for all the mighty deeds they had seen. They proclaimed: “Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord. Peace in heaven and glory in the highest.”

I celebrated Holy Mass yesterday morning at the Little Shrine of Our Lady of Prince Edward Island at 9:30 a.m. and a good group attended. Today I will go to the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road, for Holy Mass at 11:00 a.m. I will concelebrate and the Parish Priest will be the main celebrant.

(Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words.)

“You are now in Holy Week, My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters living in every part of the world. This is the holiest week of the year. It begins with My formal entry into Jerusalem sitting on a colt. My disciples were singing with joy.

I ask you all to enter Jerusalem with Me in a spiritual way by reading the passage from the Gospel. I call upon all of you to spend more time in prayer during this week as I come closer every day to My total sacrifice on the cross, and then on Sunday you will celebrate the great Feast of Easter, when My resurrection took place. This is the time of your salvation when I paid the price for your sins and opened heaven for you. I love you all.”

Mary at the Cross of Her Son Jesus

Mary at the Cross of Her Son Jesus

Dear Friends,

Please read the passage below from the Gospel of St. John (19:25-30):

Standing by the cross of Jesus were his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary of Magdala. When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple there whom he loved, he said to his mother, “Woman, behold, your son.” Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother.” And from that hour the disciple took her into his home. After this, aware that everything was now finished, in order that the scripture might be fulfilled, Jesus said, “I thirst.” There was a vessel filled with common wine. So they put a sponge soaked in wine on a sprig of hyssop and put it up to his mouth. When Jesus had taken the wine, he said, “It is finished.” And bowing his head, he handed over the spirit.

I celebrated the Healing Mass last evening at the Little Shrine of Our Lady of Prince Edward Island at 7:30 p.m. A nice group of people took part. I prayed with each one after the Mass was ended. A good group rested in the Holy Spirit. Today, Saturday, I will celebrate Holy Mass at the Little Shrine at 9:30 a.m. as usual, especially asking Our Blessed Mother to pray for all of you for a blessed Holy Week so you can receive many graces and that you be filled with peace, love and joy on the great feast of Easter.

(Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Mother given to Father Melvin. Our Lady spoke to him these words.)

“Holy Week is here, My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters living on the face of the earth. This is the greatest week of the year. It is during this week that My Son Jesus, the Son of God, suffered the Passion and at the end died on the cross. I followed Him during the Way of the Cross and I stood at the cross while He suffered His last and died. It was for your salvation, all of you, that He suffered so much and offered Himself in sacrifice on the cross. He offered Himself to His Father to atone for all your sins. Now, My children, repent especially during this week of all your sins and ask Him for the graces you need to live according to His teachings. I am praying for all of you that one day you will be with God and with Me and all the angels and saints in heaven. I love you all, My dear children.”

Reactions to Paul’s Speech

Dear Friends,

Please read the passage below from the Acts of the Apostles (26:24-32):

While Paul was so speaking in his defense, Festus said in a loud voice, “You are mad, Paul; much learning is driving you mad.” But Paul replied, “I am not mad, most excellent Festus; I am speaking words of truth and reason. The king knows about these matters and to him I speak boldly, for I cannot believe that any of this has escaped his notice; this was not done in a corner. King Agrippa, do you believe the prophets? I know you believe.” Then Agrippa said to Paul, “You will soon persuade me to play the Christian.” Paul replied, “I would pray to God that sooner or later not only you but all who listen to me today might become as I am except for these chains.” Then the king rose, and with him the governor and Bernice and the others who sat with them. And after they had withdrawn they said to one another, “This man is doing nothing at all that deserves death or imprisonment.” And Agrippa said to Festus, “This man could have been set free if he had not appealed to Caesar.”

This evening I will celebrate the Healing Mass in the Little Shrine of Our Lady of Prince Edward Island. All who wish may come and participate in the Holy Mass and in the healing service that will follow. On Saturday morning, I will celebrate Holy Mass at the Little Shrine at 9:30 a.m. and everyone is welcome.

(Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words.)

“I love you, My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters scattered throughout the world. I love St. Paul for all that he did for Me. King Agrippa and Festus would have released Paul because they did not find that he had done anything wrong. As he had appealed to Caesar, he was kept in custody until he could be sent to Rome.

My dear friends, I want you to act like St. Paul. Never commit any crime or say anything that is false. Always speak the truth and do what is right. Follow the commandments and indeed you will be close to Me. My Passion and death on the cross will be celebrated next week and I want you all to commit yourselves to spend time with Me every day. Contemplate all I suffered for you in order to atone for your sins and to open heaven for you. I love you all.”
