 Ministers of a New Covenant

Dear Friends,

A reading from St. Paul’s Second Letter to the Corinthians (2 Cor 14:3-6):

Thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ and manifests through us the odor of the knowledge of him in every place. For we are the aroma of Christ for God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing, to the latter an odor of death that leads to death, to the former an odor of life that leads to life. Who is qualified for this? For we are not like the many who trade on the word of God, but as out of sincerity, indeed as from God and in the presence of God, we speak in Christ.
Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need as some do, letters of recommendation to you or from you? You are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by all, shown to be a letter of Christ administered by us, written not in ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets that are hearts of flesh.
Such confidence we have through Christ toward God. Not that of ourselves we are qualified to take credit for anything as coming from us, rather, our qualification comes from God, who has indeed qualified us as ministers of a new covenant, not of letter but of spirit, for the letter brings death, but the Spirit gives life.

A lady went to see our Bishop last week and he told her that people can come to the chapel of Our Lady of Prince Edward Island any day and pray. They can pray their rosaries, they can have meetings and they can consult me. Nobody will be turned away if you come here. You know that I am home the whole summer but please phone to let me know the day you will be coming. This lady who is a great believer in Our Lady of Prince Edward Island will begin a commission to study the whole story of Our Lady of Prince Edward Island. Please pray for her.

(Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words.)

“I love you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters living on earth these days. My big question to you all is this: Do you love Me? The Apostles showed their immense love for Me by all the sufferings they went through and at the end they all died except one as martyrs. In this way they gave their lives out of love for Me. They were not afraid to speak to the people about Me and indeed many believed in them and became My followers. I came into the world to begin a New Covenant in My blood. All bishops and priests are ministers of the New Covenant and they are working in union with Me for the salvation of the people. Accept My friends those I have chosen for you and pray for them every day. They have the great power to celebrate the Holy Eucharist, which is the greatest of prayer and all who believe in Me should wish to participate as often as possible. It is through the ministry of the priest that I bring about this great miracle of changing the bread and wine into My very Body and Blood. I love you all and I want you all in close union with Me.

Thanksgiving

Dear Friends,

A reading from the Second Letter of St. Paul to the Corinthians 1, 3 – 11.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and God of all encouragement, who encourages us in our every affliction, so that we may be able to encourage those who are in any affliction with the encouragement with which we ourselves are encouraged by God. For as Christ’s suffering overflow to us, so through Christ does our encouragement also overflow. If we are afflicted, it is for your encouragement and salvation; if we are encouraged, it is for your encouragement, which enables you to endure the same sufferings that we suffer. Our hope for you is firm, for we know that as you share in the sufferings, you also share in the encouragement.
We do not want you to be unaware, brothers, of the affliction that came to us in the province of Asia; we were utterly weighed down beyond our strength, so that we despaired even of life. Indeed, we had accepted within ourselves the sentence of death, that we might trust not in ourselves but in God who raises the dead. He rescued us from such great danger of death, and he will continue to rescue us, in him we have put our hope that he will also rescue us again, as you help us with prayer, so that thanks may be given by many on our behalf for the gift granted us through the prayers of many.

I thank the Lord for the beautiful sunny day we had yesterday, Canada Day. The temperature was about 25 degrees Celsius I also give thanks to the Lord that I am feeling better every day after being in hospital for six days. Thank you all for your prayers.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to me these words, “My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters, give thanks to the Father for all that He does for you. He is always there to strengthen you when you are in need. Open your heart to Him and you will be filled with encouragement to face any affliction and suffering. Every person has his or her time of suffering in the world but it will not last forever. If you turn to Me and pray or let someone with the gift of healing pray with you, you will receive a healing from Me. When I was on earth I laid My hands on many, many people and they were healed. I have the same power today and I am healing people not only in Israel but also in every country of the world. My friends pray for yourselves and also for all those who are sick and those who are in need. You know that prayers are powerful especially those that are offered with great faith. It gives Me great pain that so many people today have rejected Me and refuse to pray or to go to Church. They live a life of emptiness and in darkness controlled by the evil one. Pray for them that they will change their life and return to Me their Lord and Savior and I will fill them with My love, peace and joy. Every person needs these special gifts from Me to find that life is worth living. I bless you all.”

The Resurrection Event

Dear Friends,

A reading from St. Paul’s First Letter to the Corinthians 15, 50 – 58.

This I declare, brothers: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I tell you a mystery. We shall not all fall asleep, but we will all be changed, in an instant, in the blink of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For that which is corruptible must clothe itself with incorruptibility, and that which is mortal must clothe itself with immortality, then the word that is written shall come about:
“Death is swallowed up in victory.
Where, O death, is your victory?
Where, O death, is your sting?”
The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore, my beloved brothers, be firm, steadfast, always fully devoted to the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.

Today, July 1st, is Canada Day. I wish all the Canadians a wonderful day and may the Lord bless this country and all its inhabitants. I pray for peace in Canada and that all may turn to Our Lord Jesus and follow Him.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“I shower My love upon you, My brother Melvin, and on all My brothers and sisters living in every part of the world. I am your resurrected Savior who died on the cross for you and was buried but after three days I came back to life never to die again. You too, My brothers and sisters, will rise from the dead and enter heaven if you take to heart My words and do what I have asked you to do. You know that you have all sinned and the sting of sin is death. However, if you have followed Me while on earth, I will come and get you the day you will leave the earth and bring you with Me to heaven. You will receive the place I have prepared for you. I love you all and My great desire is to have you all with Me one day. Come follow Me every day. I bless you all.”
