Plea for Unity and Humility

Dear Friends,

A reading from St. Paul’s Letter to the Philippians (2.1-11):

If there is any encouragement in Christ, any solace in love, and participation in the Spirit, any compassion and mercy, complete my joy by being in the same mind, with the same love, united in heart, thinking one thing. Do nothing out of selfishness or out of vainglory; rather, humbly regard others as more important than yourselves, each looking out not for his own interests, but also everyone for those of others.

Have among yourselves the same attitude that is also yours in Christ Jesus, Who though he was in the form of God, did not regard equality with God something to be grasped.

Rather he emptied himself,
taking the form of a slave,
coming in human likeness,
and found human in appearance,
he humbled himself
becoming obedient to death,
even death on a cross.

Because of this, God greatly exalted him
and bestowed on him the name
that is above every name,
that at the name of Jesus
every knee should bend,
of those in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the Glory of God the Father.

Please continue to pray for the intentions of Our Lord and Our Lady.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words.

Be humble My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who believe in Me and follow Me. I humbled Myself in an extreme way as I was the Son of God and became a human being like all of you. I did that because I love you all. So all that you live as a human being, I have lived too when I was on earth. I was given birth by My dear Mother like all of you. No human being can come on earth without being carried by his mother for nine months and it is her who gives you birth. I was born a small infant who was carried in the arms of My Mother like you all. She had to feed Me and to wash Me and clothe Me. I felt hunger and I was thirsty like everybody else. I grew up just like all human beings and I had to be taught. In time I became an adult and began the work that the Father had given Me. My dear friends you should look at Me as one like you who knows you through and through. I worked hard to teach the people what they should know and at the end I died on the cross for your sins.

My dear brothers and sisters what I ask of you now is that you accept Me as your Savior who came to give you the greatest gift you could ever receive namely salvation where you will a member of My Kingdom and united with Me forever in heaven. I bless you.

Progress of the Gospel

Progress of the Gospel

Dear Friends,

A reading from St. Paul’s Letter to the Philippians (1:12-26):

I want you to know, brothers, that my situation has turned out rather to advance the gospel, so that my imprisonment has become well known in Christ throughout the whole praetorium and to all the rest, and so that the majority of the brothers, having taken encouragement in the Lord from my imprisonment dare more than ever to proclaim the word fearlessly.

Of course, some preach Christ from envy and rivalry, others from good will. The latter act out of love, aware that I am here for the defense of the gospel; the former proclaim Christ out of selfish ambition, not from pure motives, thinking that they will cause me trouble in my imprisonment. What difference does it make, as long as in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is being proclaimed? And in that I rejoice.

Indeed I shall continue to rejoice, for I know that this will result in deliverance for me through your prayers and support from the Spirit of Jesus Christ. My eager expectation and hope is that I shall not be put to shame in any way, but that with all boldness, now as always, Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death. For to me life is Christ, and death is gain. If I go on living in the flesh, that means fruitful labor for me. And I do not know which I shall choose. I am caught between the two. I long to depart this life and be with Christ, for that is far better. Yet that I remain in the flesh is more necessary for your benefit. And this I know with confidence, that I shall remain and continue in the service of all of you for your progress and joy in the faith, so that your boasting in Christ Jesus may abound in account of me when I come to you again.

—————————————

I thank you all for your prayers and please continue to pray in the coming days.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words.

I have given you a mission My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters living in the world. This mission is for the advancement of My church in the world. Some are called to preach the Word of God such as the Pope, the bishops and the priests and some of the laity. Others are called to read at Holy Mass or to be altar servers. Some are to teach the doctrine to the children preparing for their First Holy Communion and others are to teach the youth that are preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation. There are some who have a mission to teach the adults who wish to enter My church. Some are to lead groups in the parish and that too is a special mission. Others are called to be administrators to take care of the money of the church. Others are called to visit the sick, the elderly and the poor. The Apostle Paul was one of the greatest preachers of all times. That was the mission he was given after he enter My church. Some have a mission to clean the church and to arrange everything in the church. Does one mission gain more merits than another? No, what helps you to receive more graces is to perform your mission with great love.. All you do, do it with great love. I bless you all.”

The Wedding at Cana

The Wedding at Cana

Dear Friends,

A reading from the Gospel of St. John (2:1-12):

On the third day there was a wedding in Cana in Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there. Jesus and his disciples were also invited to the wedding. When the wine ran short, the mother of Jesus said to him, “They have no wine.” And Jesus said to her, “Woman, how does your concern affect me? My hour has not yet come.” His mother said to the servers, “Do whatever he tells you.” Now there were six stone water jars there for Jewish ceremonial washings, each holding twenty to thirty gallons. Jesus told them, “Fill the jars with water.” So they filled them to the brim. Then he told them, “Draw some out now and take it to the headwaiter.” So they took it. And when the headwaiter tasted the water that had become wine, without knowing where it came from (although the servers who had drawn the water knew), the headwaiter called the bridegroom and said to him, “Everyone serves good wine first, and then when people have drunk freely, an inferior one; but you have kept the good wine until now.” Jesus did this as the beginning of his signs in Cana in Galilee and so revealed his glory, and his disciples began to believe in him.

After this, he and his mother, his brothers, and his disciples went down to Capernaum and stayed there only a few days.

Today is the first Saturday of August dedicated especially to Our Blessed Mother. She asked that we go to Holy Mass on the First Saturday of the month and receive Holy Communion and we would be blessed indeed.

Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Mother given to Father Melvin. Our dear Mother Mary spoke to him these words:

I bless you My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters scattered in every country of the world. I am praying for all of you that you may have the graces to follow My Son Jesus every day. He is always waiting for you to come to Him and to show Him your love and to commit yourself to Him every day. Offer yourself completely to Him and so He will be free to do with you what He feels best. You should be like clay in the hand of the potter. The potter can do whatever he wants with the clay and it will not resist in any way. You too must not resist Jesus whatever He wants to do with you. What He does is only for your benefit for He knows what you need.

Jesus’ first miracle as you know was at the wedding in Cana. I too was at this wedding. When I told Him that they had no wine, He brought about His first miracle by changing the water into wine. He did this at My request. He is always ready to listen to whatever I asked of Him. So come to Me, My children, and ask Me for what you want and I will go to My Son Jesus with your request. He will never refuse what I ask. I am working for you every day but you need to have great faith in Him and do what He asked of you. I love you all.”
