The Coming of the Son of Man

Dear friends,
A reading from St. Mark’s Gospel (13:24-37):

          [Jesus said:] “But in those days after that tribulation the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will be falling from the sky, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken. And then they will see ‘the Son of Man coming in the clouds’ with great power and glory, and then he will send out the angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the end of the earth to the end of the sky.
“Learn a lesson from the fig tree. When its branch becomes tender and sprouts leaves, you know that summer is near. In the same way, when you see these things happening, know that he is near, at the gates. Amen, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things have taken place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
“But of that day or hour, no one knows, neither the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Be watchful! Be alert! You do not know when the time will come. It is like a man traveling abroad. He leaves home and places his servants in charge, each with his work, and orders the gatekeeper to be on the watch. Watch, therefore; you do not know when the lord of the house is coming, whether in the evening, or at midnight, or at cockcrow, or in the morning. May he not come suddenly and find you sleeping. What I say to you, I say to all: ‘Watch!'”

          We had a beautiful day yesterday here in Prince Edward Island but it was colder than a few days ago.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Friend given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“I greet you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters scattered all over the earth. You know that I will return to earth on day. I will come down from heaven with great power and glory and I will send out the angels to gather all the holy men and women and bring them to Me. Nobody knows when this will happen. Even the angels do not know; only God the Father knows the date and the hour. However, I call you all to be watchful, to be on your guard. You must not abandon Me nor forget your role as a follower of mine. Be always ready for the day and time that I will come so that I will bring you to heaven with Me. Follow the Commandments of God and do good every day. In this way you will be My friend and all My friends will be blessed. I love you all.”

The Great Tribulation

Dear friends,
A reading from St. Mark’s Gospel (13:14-23):

          [Jesus said]: “When you see the desolating abomination standing where he should not (let the reader understand), then those in Judea must flee to the mountains, (and) a person on a housetop must not go down or enter to get anything out of his house, and a person in a field must not return to get his cloak. Woe to pregnant women and nursing mothers in those days. Pray that this does not happen in winter. For those times will have tribulation such as has not been since the beginning of God’s creation until now, nor ever will be. If the Lord had not shortened those days, no one would be saved; but for the sake of the elect whom he chose, he did shorten the days. If anyone says to you then, ‘Look, here is the Messiah! Look, there he is!’ do not believe it. False messiahs and false prophets will arise and will perform signs and wonders in order to mislead, if that were possible, the elect. Be watchful! I have told it all to you beforehand.”

          It was 16 degrees yesterday here in Prince Edward Island and people were walking outside dressed like in summer. However, today it is much more like fall weather. The temperature will go below 10 degrees and we will have to dress up again.

          Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“I call you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters living in every part of the world to listen attentively to what I have to say to you. There are many false prophecies going around these days about the end of the world. There is one especially saying that the world will end in December 2012. I tell you that this is false and nobody can tell you when the end of the world will come. If anyone gives you a date know that it is wrong because it is written that no one knows when the world will end but God the Father Himself.
There will be a lot of suffering just before the end but if you are My followers you must not be afraid as I will protect you. There will be tribulations it is true but this is only a phase before I appear on earth with great power. When I come and the people will see Me then the dead will rise and all will gather in Jerusalem for the last judgment. Prepare yourselves every day for that day so that it does not come as a thief in the night and you will not be ready. If you have repented of your sins and cooperate with Me in your everyday life, then you will be saved. I bless you all.”
