The Conspiracy against Jesus

Dear Friends,
A reading from
St. Luke’s Gospel (22:1-13):
Now the feast of Unleavened Bread, called the Passover, was drawing near, and the chief priests and the scribes were seeking a way to put him to death, for they were afraid of the people. Then Satan entered into Judas, the one surnamed Iscariot, who was counted among the Twelve, and he went to the chief priests and temple guards to discuss a plan for handing him over to them. They were pleased and agreed to pay him money. He accepted their offer and sought a favorable opportunity to hand him over to them in the absence of a crowd.
When the day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread arrived, the day for sacrificing the Passover lamb, he sent out Peter and John, instructing them, “Go and make preparations for us to eat the Passover.” They asked him, “Where do you want us to make the preparations?” And he answered them, “When you go into the city, a man will meet you carrying a jar of water. Follow him into the house that he enters and say to the master of the house, ‘The teacher says to you, “Where is the guest room where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?”‘ He will show you a large upper room that is furnished. Make the preparations there.” Then they went off and found everything exactly as he had told them, and there they prepared the Passover.

We had a cool day yesterday with the temperature just above the freezing point. It snowed a little now and then and some rain fell.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord, the Son of God, given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“Always listen to what I have to say My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who have accepted Me as your Lord and Savior. You know that the one who arranged for My arrest was Judas Iscariot, one of the Twelve Apostles. He decided to sell Me for money to the Jewish leaders. It was Thursday and I sent two of the Apostles, Peter and John, to prepare for the Passover. I had explained everything to them about the place and they found it exactly as I had told them. They prepared for this great feast.
“You, My brothers and sisters, are now preparing for the Last Supper and on Friday it will be My great suffering and at the end I will be nailed to the cross to die. I accepted all this for you so that you could be brought out from the road to Hell to the right road to heaven. Only My death on the cross could save you. I had to atone for all the sins of everyone in the world from the beginning to the end of the world. I did everything that My Father had asked Me and I did it for you because I love you all. I bless you all.”

The Signs of the End

The Signs of the End

Dear Friends,
A reading from
St. Luke’s Gospel (21:5-19):
While some people were speaking about how the temple was adorned with costly stones and votive offerings, [Jesus] said, “All that you see here – the days will come when there will not be left a stone upon another stone that will not be thrown down.”
Then they asked him, “Teacher, when will this happen? And what sign will there be when all these things are about to happen?” He answered, “See that you not be deceived, for many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am he,’ and ‘The time has come.’ Do not follow them! When you hear of wars and insurrections, do not be terrified; for such things must happen first, but it will not immediately be the end.”
Then he said to them, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be powerful earthquakes, famines, and plagues from place to place; and awesome sights and mighty signs will come from the sky. “Before all this happens, however, they will seize and persecute you, they will hand you over to the synagogues and to prisons, and they will have you led before kings and governors because of my name. It will lead to your giving testimony. Remember, you are not to prepare your defense beforehand, for I myself shall give you a wisdom in speaking that all your adversaries will be powerless to resist or refute. You will even be handed over by parents, brothers, relatives, and friends, and they will put some of you to death. You will be hated by all because of my name, but not a hair on your head will be destroyed. By your perseverance you will secure your lives.”

Our Blessed Mother came to visit me yesterday afternoon and She stayed for twenty minutes. I will write Her message in the newsletter that will come out just after Easter.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord, the Son of God, given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“Remain united to Me My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who believe in Me. Those who are close to Me will not turn this way or that way with any kind of false prophecy. I have told you that one day the world will end and it will happen like a thief in the night. Today there are so many false prophets saying that the end of the world is this year or next year, and some even give the month. All this is completely false. What they are saying does not come from Me or from anyone in heaven. I told the Apostles that no one will now the date or time of My second coming. Be always ready by praying regularly and by following the commandments of God and you will not be surprised when I arrive. I will come to take you with Me to heaven. I love you all.”

The Feast of the Annunciation

The Feast of the Annunciation

Dear Friends,
A reading from
St. Luke’s Gospel (1:26-38):
In the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a town of Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the house of David, and the virgin’s name was Mary. And coming to her, he said, “Hail full of grace! The Lord is with you.” But she was greatly troubled at what was said and pondered what sort of greeting this might be. Then the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name him Jesus. He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High, and the Lord God will give him the thrown of David his father, and he will rule over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end.” But Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I have no relations with a man?” And the angel said to her in reply, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God. And behold, Elizabeth, your relative, has also conceived a son in her old age, and this is the sixth month for her who was called barren; for nothing is impossible for God.” Mary said, “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word.” Then the angel departed from her.

Today is the Feast of the Annunciation but because it is during Holy Week it will not be celebrated. I know that Our Blessed Mother will come to visit me today as She always comes on this great feast. Her message will be in the Newsletter I will publish soon.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord, the Son of God, given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“Come be filled with joy My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters living in every country of the world. It is today that you celebrate My coming into the world as a human being. My Heavenly Father sent the Angel Gabriel to Nazareth to My dear Mother who lived there. He greeted her in a very special way, ‘Hail, full of grace!’ Yes, she had been prepared from all eternity to be My Mother. She was conceived without original sin and She was filled with grace from the first moment of her life on earth. The Angel announced My arrival and told her that I would be called Jesus. She heard that I was the Son of God and that I was coming to take over David’s throne. My Kingdom would last forever. It was through the power of the Holy Spirit that She conceived Me. After the Angel had explained everything to her, My Mother gave her full consent, ‘I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done according to your word.’ It was on that day that I became man in order to save the people of the world. I am your Savior, one person but two natures. Believe in this great event and know that I come for you. I love you all.”
