The Blood and Water

A reading from the Gospel of Saint John 19, 31 – 37:

Now since it was preparation day, in order that the bodies might not remain on the cross on the Sabbath, for the Sabbath day of that week was a solemn one, the Jews asked Pilate that their legs be broken and they be taken down. So the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first and then of the other one who was crucified with Jesus. But when they came to Jesus and saw that he was already dead, they did not break his legs, but one soldier thrust his lance into his side, and immediately blood and water flowed out. An eyewitness has testified, and his testimony is true; he knows that he is speaking the truth, so that you also may come to believe. For this happened so that the scripture passage may be fulfilled;
“Not a bone of it will be broken.”
And again another passage says, “They will look upon him whom they have pierced.”

On Thursday we had another warm and sunny day and it surely feels like summer. Again I am faced with a problem. I have almost no more money even to buy food. I see that my cupboard and my fridge are going empty. I have enough food for another two days. If someone could help me I would be very pleased indeed. May the Lord bless you all. In the evening I went to the funeral home where Eva, my father’s first cousin, was being waked. I knew her very well because she lived only a short distance from where I live. The funeral Mass will be today at 4:00 p.m. She died at the age of 94. Please pray for her.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I died for you My brother Melvin and for all My brothers and sisters who believe in Me and follow Me. After My death on the cross, the Jews decided because the Passover was arriving, to break the legs of those on the cross so they would die in no time and be taken down from the cross. So they broke the legs of the two men crucified with Me but when they came to Me, they found that I was already dead so one pierced My side with a lance and blood and water came out. I have explained to Saint Faustina of Poland that this miracle of the blood and water shows to you all what great mercy I have for you My brothers and sisters. St. Faustina saw an image of Me with the blood and water flowing out of My side. There are two colours coming from My wound, one colour is red and the other colour is white. Indeed, I am full of mercy for you all for I died for your salvation. My Church explains to you that the flow of blood and water means the birth of the seven sacraments of the church. Indeed this miracle shows the great power that comes from My Heart to help you all. Indeed, My Church was born from My Heart. Come My friends and enter into My Heart and be filled with My love, peace and joy. I bless you all.”
