Practical Arguments

A reading from Saint Paul’s First Letter to the Corinthians 15, 29 – 34:

Otherwise, what will people accomplish by having themselves baptized for the dead? If the dead are not raised at all; then why are they having themselves baptized for them? Moreover, why are we endangering ourselves all the time? Every day I face death; I swear it by the pride in you brothers and sisters that I have in Christ Jesus our Lord. If at Ephesus I fought with beasts, so to speak, what benefit was it to me? If the dead are not raised:
“Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.”
Do not be led astray:
“Bad company corrupts good morals.” Become sober as you ought and stop sinning. For some have no knowledge of God; I say this to your shame.

We are expecting another snow storm overnight. They say we should have 15 cm of snow although some say that we will have rain instead of snow. We will see if the ground will be white tomorrow morning.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I call you all My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters to believe in Me for I am your Savior who is the Son of God. The world knows that I died nailed to the cross and I was buried. On the third day I rose again filled with life and I am now the King of the Universe and at the same time your friend. Do not believe these people who say that there is no resurrection. Some say that once they die, that is the end. They will never come back to life.
The truth to all this is the fact that I am the resurrection and the life. I am the first person to rise from the dead and I will never die again. This proves to you that you too will rise from the dead on the end of time and with your body and soul you will be present at the last judgment. If you have follow Me throughout the years you lived on earth, you will be full of joy when I tell you these words, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father. Inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.’
My dear brothers and sisters, Saint Paul believed with all his heart in the resurrection on the last day. You too must believe that all the dead will rise again. So now follow Me and do what I have told you and you will live forever with your resurrected body in heaven. I want you all with Me in heaven but you have to cooperate with Me. I love you all.”
