God’s Irrevocable Call

A reading from Saint Paul’s Letter to the Romans 11, 25 – 29:

I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you will not become wise in your own estimation: a hardening has come upon Israel in part, until the full number of the Gentiles comes in, and thus all Israel will be saved, as it is written:
“The deliverer will come out of Zion, he will turn away godlessness from Jacob;
and this is my covenant with them when I take away their sins.”

In respect to the gospel, they are enemies on you account; but in respect to election, they are beloved because of the patriarchs. For the gifts and the call of God are irrevocable.

On November 1st is All Saints Day. There are millions of saints in heaven and we do not know all their names. We only know the names of those that have been canonized by the church but many more are in heaven because they followed Jesus, their Savior. Now on November 2nd is All Souls Day. On this day we pray for the dead especially those who are in purgatory. There are many in purgatory also. These have a great joy because they know that one day they will be in heaven. On such a day as All Souls Day, many leave purgatory and enter heaven. So please pray for those in this place of purification that they will soon leave it and go to everlasting happiness in heaven.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I bless you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who live in every part of the world and follow Me. You are privileged you Gentiles that I have poured my graces upon you and not upon the Jewish nation. Because the Jews have not accepted Me so I turned to you and call you all to come and follow Me. But when a large number of Gentiles will be in the Kingdom of God in heaven, then the Jews will come to believe and they will be saved. I made a covenant with the Jewish people and this covenant will never be broken so they are My beloved people and My call with never be revoked. It will soon take place that the Jews will finally turn to Me and believe that I am indeed their Savior and I will take away all their sins and they will be holy followers of mine. It is good then to pray for the conversion of the Jewish people that they too may be saved and go to heaven. I love you all and I am happy you are My brothers and sisters in the faith.”
