Accusations before Gallio

A reading from the Acts of the Apostles 18, 12 – 17:

But when Gallio was proconsul of Achaia, the Jews rose up together against Paul and brought him to the tribunal, saying, “This man is inducing people to worship God contrary to the law.” When Paul was about to reply, Gallio spoke to the Jews, “If it were a matter of some crime or malicious fraud, I should with reason hear the complaint of you Jews; but since it is a question of arguments over doctrine and titles and your own law, see to it yourselves. I do not wish to be a judge of such matters.” And he drove them away from the tribunal. They all seized Sosthenes, the synagogue official, and beat him in full view of the tribunal. But none of this was of concern to Gallio.

One woman came to visit me from the Island of Reunion which is located in the Indian Ocean off Africa. I prayed with her asking Jesus to heal her of her problem. After she got back she wrote to me saying that she felt better. The Lord is a great healer.

Below you will find the massage of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I bless you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who are not afraid to go out and to speak to the people about Me. Saint Paul surely was not afraid to speak about Me to the people of Corinth whether they were Jews or Gentiles. However, like in so many cities, the Jews revolted against Paul and took him to court accusing him of spreading a new form of worship against the law of the Jews. Paul told the Gentiles that they do not have to be circumcised and they can eat any kind of food. So they did not have to follow the law of the Jews. He taught them that I am the Messiah announced in the Old Testament and that every person should come and follow Me. Most of the Jewish people in Israel did not accept Me as the Messiah but they rejected Me and had Me crucified on the cross. This was the sacrifice by which I paid the price for all your sins. After three days I came back to life and stayed with the Apostles for 40 days to strengthen their faith and to prepare them for the work I gave them to do.
Saint Paul was taken to court but the judge did not accept their accusation and instead he asked them to leave and he told them to decide this themselves. So Saint Paul did not have to say a word and he was freed. I was with him and I helped him to carry out the great work he did on My behalf. I bless you all and I call you to be men and women of prayer and to read the Bible every day and to go to Holy Mass at least every Sunday. I love you all.”
