Judging Others

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 7, 1 – 6:
“Stop judging, that you may not be judged. For as you judge, so will you be judged, and the measure with which you measure will be measured out to you. Why do you notice the splinter in your brother’s eye, but do not perceive the wooden beam in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, “Let me remove that splinter from your eye, while the wooden beam is in your eye? You hypocrite, remove the wooden beam from your eye first; then you will see clearly to remove the splinter from your brother’s eye.
Do not give what is holy to dogs; or throw your pearls before swine, lest they trample them underfoot, and turn and tear you to pieces.”

I am in mourning today Saturday as my Aunt Josephine died today at 11:00 a.m. I went to see her at 10:00 a.m. and her whole family was there with her. It was just one hour later that she passed away. Please pray that the Lord may bring her home to heaven.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I bless you My son Melvin at the loss of your Aunt. I also bless all My brothers and sisters who walk with Me every day. There are so many people all over who daily judge others. How can you judge people as you do not see the inner reality of their lives? Only God can judge people truly as He sees the inner being of every individual. When you judge another, you forget that you too have done wrong for every person is a sinner. What I want you to do is to repent of your sins and make amends for having hurt other people.
One does not throw what is holy to dogs or throw pearls to swine. This means that you do speak about Me and about the suffering I went through for your salvation to atheists for they will curse Me. It is only those whose heart is opened that will accept such teachings and give praise to God for all that I did for them. Remember what is needed first is faith. Pray for all those who do not believe that they receive the gift of faith from Me. Once they believe then you can teach them the Good News of the Gospel. I am happy My brothers and sisters, when you pray daily and go to Holy Mass and receive Me in Holy Communion. Remain close to Me and you will be blessed.”
