Faith, Hope and Love

Dear Friends,
A reading from Saint Paul’s Letter to the Romans (5:1-11):

Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith to this grace in which we stand, and we boast in hope of the glory of God. Not only that, but we even boast of our afflictions, knowing that affliction produces endurance, and endurance, proven character, and proven character, hope, and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out into our hearts through the holy Spirit that has been given to us.
For Christ, while we were still helpless, yet died at the appointed time for the ungodly. Indeed, only with difficulty does one die for a just person, though perhaps for a good person one might even find courage to die. But God proves his love for us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us. How much more then, since we are now justified by his blood, will we be saved through him from the wrath. Indeed, if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, how much more, once reconciled, will we be saved by his life. Not only that, but we also boast of God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.

Summer is now with us and here yesterday we had a beautiful summer day, with the temperature over 20 degrees Celsius. Again I wish to thank all those who sent me donations. May the Lord bless you and may Our Blessed Mother protect you all.

Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Mother given to Father Melvin. She spoke to him these words,
“I bless you My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters scattered all over the world. I am praying for all of you that your faith may be strong and that My Son Jesus fills you with His peace, hope and love. I love Saint Paul’s beautiful inspired words in the letter to the Romans where he wrote about the importance of faith. If you have faith, indeed you will have peace in your heart. With peace, then love will come too. It is so important to have this great loving relationship with My Son Jesus and also with Me. It does not mean that you will not have any sufferings at times. My Son told you that you will all have a cross to carry. The cross refers to all the sickness, the afflictions you come across and the hatred which some people have against you. Do not worry about that, since My Son Jesus suffered much too because of the hatred the people had against Him. Whenever you are suffering, go to the cross of My son and see what He suffered for you. He never did anything wrong but He took all your sins upon Himself and mounted the cross to suffer horribly and to die for your salvation. I was there at the cross that day and I suffered very much seeing Him in such pain. He is now risen from the dead and He is your Lord and Savior. I love you all and I call you all to come to Me, and I will bring you to My Son Jesus. I am your Mother who cares for you.”

P.S. Today is my big day! I was ordained a priest 45 years ago today. Please pray for me. Thank you very much.
