The Blessing of the Lord

Dear Friends,
A reading from
First Letter of St. Peter (1:10-16):
Concerning this salvation, prophets who prophesied about the grace that was to be yours searched and investigated it, investigating the time and circumstances that the Spirit of Christ within them indicated when it testified in advance to the sufferings destined for Christ and the glories to follow them. It was revealed to them that they were serving not themselves but you with regard to the things that have now been announced to you by those who preached the good news to you through the Holy Spirit sent from heaven, things into which angels longed to look.
Therefore, gird up the loins of your mind, live soberly, and set your hopes completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct, for it is written, “Be holy because I am holy.”

I wish to thank all those who send me donations and sent me money for Masses and for the Newsletter. May the Lord bless you all.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord, the Son of God, given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“Strive to be holy My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who believe in Me and love Me. You are all called to holiness by being people of faith, of prayer, of good actions and of following the commandments of your Heavenly Father. Do not spend much time on secular things such as watching television, listen to non-religious songs, watching movies or different games. Some people spend the whole evening doing that and do not even take time to pray. Remember prayer is very important for a Christian. It is the food that helps you to grow in holiness and to come close to Me Jesus and close to My Heavenly Mother. Let your minds be filled with religious thoughts during the day and do not forget to greet Me at different times during the day. I love it when people take a few seconds to speak to Me while they are working, walking or resting. I love you all.”
