The Birth of Jesus

Dear Friends,

Please read the passage below from the Gospel of Matthew (1:18-25):

Now this is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about. When his mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, but before they lived together, she was found with child through the Holy Spirit. Joseph, her husband, since he was a righteous man, yet unwilling to expose her to shame, decided to divorce her quietly. Such was his intention when, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary your wife into your home. For it is through the Holy Spirit that this child has been conceived in her. She will bear a son and you are to name him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.” All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child and bear a son, and they shall name him Emmanuel,” which means “God is with us.” When Joseph awoke, he did as the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took his wife into his home. He had no relations with her until she bore a son, and he named him Jesus.

We are having another nice day and it will be warm this afternoon.

(Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Mother given to Father Melvin. She spoke to him saying,)

“Melvin, My son, I love you and I love all My sons and daughters living in every country of the world. My greatest desire is to bring you all to My Son, Jesus. I am interceding for each one of you that you will repent of all your sins and be models of prayer. Through prayer you will be united with My Son and with Me, and the Father will bless you. Spend time in contemplative prayer and heaven will live in your heart. Build up a friendship with Jesus, My Son, who awaits this special relationship with you. What is needed from you is your willingness and your decision to begin this deep relationship with your Lord and Saviour.

Do not be afraid to come close to Your Father in heaven, to Jesus, My Son, and to Me, Your Mother. I will never stop reminding you of your great destiny to which you are called by God. The Church led by My holy Pope in Rome has all the means to bring you home with Us in heaven. Go to Holy Mass regularly and receive your living Lord in Holy Communion often. Be full and active members of the Church founded by My Son, Jesus, the Redeemer of the whole world. I gave you the greatest gift you could receive, namely My Son Jesus and Your Redeemer. See how He suffered for you while He was on earth. He gave His life for your salvation. Come, My dear children, and follow Him every day. I bless you all.”
