Jesus’ Testimony to John

Jesus’ Testimony to John

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Luke 7, 24 – 35:

When the messengers of John had left, Jesus began to speak to the crowd about John. “What did you go out to the desert to see–a reed swayed by the wind? Then what did you go out to see? Someone dressed in fine garments? Those who dress luxuriously and live sumptuously are found in royal palaces. Then what did you go out to see? A prophet? Yes, I tell you, and more than a prophet. This is the one about whom scripture says:
“Behold, I am sending my messenger ahead of you, he will prepare your way before you.”
I tell you, among those born of women, no one is greater than John; yet the least in the Kingdom of God is greater than he.” All the people who listened, including the tax collectors, and who were baptized with the baptism of John, acknowledged the righteousness of God, but the Pharisees and scholars of the law who were not baptized by him, rejected the plan of God for themselves.
Then to what shall I compare the people of this generation? What are they like? They are like children who sit in the marketplace and call to one another,
‘We played the flute for you, but you did not dance.
We sang a dirge, but you did not weep.’
For John the Baptist came neither eating food nor drinking wine, and you said, ‘He is possessed by a demon.’ The Son of Man came eating and drinking and you said, ‘Look, he is a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners.’ But wisdom is vindicated by all her children.”

I wish to thank those who have sent me money to pay the court. I receive just about half of the money I need. I ask you again if you can help me to pay the amount I need by Friday. I still need $1,500. May the Lord bless you all for I need to pay this money in order to receive the money to build the monasteries and the big Shrine of Our Blessed Mother.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I call you all especially My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters to believe My words that I addressed to the Jewish people concerning Saint John the Baptist. You know he called the people to come to the Jordan River and be baptized by him as a sign of repentance in order to be ready when I, the Messiah, comes to teach and to redeem them. Many people went to Saint John the Baptist and were baptized by him. You know that Saint John was selected even before he was born to be My great prophet. At his circumcision his father Zachariah prophesied about his son saying, ‘You, my child, shall be called the prophet of the Most High; for you will go before the Lord to prepare his way, to give his people knowledge of salvation by the forgiveness of their sins.’ At a young age Saint John the Baptist left home and went to live in the desert and be united with the Father. He was a man of prayer and he was well prepared by My Father to do the work He had asked him to do. He did a great job to introduce Me to the people as the Lamb of God. He saw the Holy Spirit come down on Me and he heard the voice of the Father. All this happened right after Saint John the Baptist baptized Me in the Jordan River. It is written that he died a martyr’s death when King Herod’s wife asked for his head on a platter. He is a great saint in heaven.
Let us thank Saint John the Baptist for what he did and you must call upon him to pray for you all to have strong faith in Me as he had. I bless you all.”

The Messengers from John the Baptist

The Messengers from John the Baptist

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Luke 7, 18 – 23:

The disciples of John told him about all these things, John summoned two of his disciples and sent them to the Lord to ask, “Are you the one who is to come, or should we look for another?” When the men came to Jesus, they said, “John the Baptist has sent us to you to ask, ‘Are you the one who is to come, or should we look for another?'” At that time Jesus cured many of their diseases, sufferings, and evil spirits, he also granted sight to many who were blind. And he said to John’s disciples in reply, “Go and tell John what you have seen and heard: the blind regain their sight, the lame walk, lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, the poor have the good news proclaimed to them. And blessed is the one who takes no offense at me.”

The big pro-life procession in Washington, DC will soon take place. Every year hundreds of thousands of people go to Washington to take part in this procession along the streets of the big city. They wish to show the world that abortion is the killing of innocent unborn children which is a horrible sin in the eyes of God. No one has the right to kill these innocent children. Our Blessed Mother told me that every child has the right to life. It is a great suffering for Her that so many people are killing Her children whom She loves with all Her heart. Let us pray every day for the end of the killing of these dear children, created by God with the hope that they would be in heaven after a life on earth.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“Believe My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters that John the Baptist was the greatest prophet. He is the one who pointed to Me as the Messiah, the Savior, of the world. He worked hard at the Jordan River baptizing the Jewish people as a symbol of their repentance of their sins and preparing themselves for My coming among them. John had sent two men to Me to ask Me this question: “Are you the one who is to come, or should we look for another?” John wanted that his disciples would follow Me so that is why he sent them to Me. I told the disciples what I was doing: curing the blind, the lame, the lepers, the deaf and the dead were raised from the dead. I also told them that I was teaching the poor the good news. Having received these words, they returned to John the Baptist and told him what I had said. You know that John knew that I was the Messiah and he told his disciples that now they had to follow Me.
These words I addressed to the disciples of John the Baptist, I now give them to each one of you. Believe, My friends, that indeed I brought about through My own power great miracles for all the people to see. Through these miracles they would come to believe that indeed I am the one sent by God the Father as the Redeemer of the world. I was fulfilling all that was written in the Old Testament about Me from the Book of Genesis and from the many prophets. The Book of Genesis says this: “I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; He will strike at your head, while you strike at his heel.” (Genesis 3, 15 – 16) My Heavenly Father spoke about the devil and My Mother Mary. Her offspring is nobody else but Me and I am the one who was tol strike at his head, although he struck at My heal. This means that I will defeat the devil but he will have Me killed. And indeed this is what happened when I was on earth. I came to defeat Satan and to save you all by My death on the cross, but three days later I came back to life never to die again. I am now your Savior who lives forever at the right hand of My Father in heaven. I bless you all.”

Raising of the Widow’s Son

Raising of the Widow’s Son

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Luke 7, 11 – 17:

Soon afterward Jesus journeyed to a city call Nain, and his disciples and a large crowd accompanied him. As he drew near to the gate of the city, a man who had died was being carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow. A large crowd from the city was with her. When the Lord saw her, he was moved with pity for her and said to her, “Do not weep.” He stepped forward and touched the coffin; at this the bearers halted, and he said, “Young man, I tell you, arise!” The dead man sat up and began to speak, and Jesus gave him to his mother. Fear seized them all, and they glorified God, exclaiming, “A great prophet has arisen in our midst,” and “God has visited his people.” This report about him spread through the whole of Judea and in all the surrounding region.

The largest gathering of people since the beginning of the world happened today Sunday in the Philippines. Pope Francis celebrated Holy Mass in a park in Manila and between six and seven million people gathered for the celebration. Never was such a large number of people gathered together before. Today the Catholics of the Philippines celebrated the Feast of the Santo Nino, the Holy Child. This shows the faith of these people in this Asian country. I pray that many of them will become missionaries and go to all the countries of Asia and bring the good News of the Lord to all these people. Let us pray for this intention.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“Have faith in Me My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who know Me and have read what I did when I lived in the world. In the reading today, the Bible explains what I did in the town of Nain. When I arrived there one day, the people of the town were coming out carrying a dead man to burry him. He was the only son of his mother and she was a widow. I was moved with pity to see that this woman had lost her only son who could help her as she grew older. I decided to help her. I went to her and told her to stop crying and then I touched the coffin and the bearers stopped. Then I said these words, “Young man, I tell you, arise.” The dead man came to life, sat up and began to speak. I gave him to his mother. This great miracle caused fear to all the people and then they began to praise God. I did many of these miracles when I was on earth to show that I am indeed the Son of God and to show My love for the people who suffered.
Come My friends and believe in Me for I am your Savior. I came on earth to show you the way of salvation and I died for you to redeem you and open heaven for you. Come now and follow Me and I will give you all the graces you need and the strength to say ‘no’ to the evil one and never to be afraid to suffer at times by following Me. I bless you all.”
