The Conditions of Discipleship

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Luke 9, 23 – 27:

Then Jesus said to all, “If anyone wishes to come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it. What profit is there for one to gain the whole world yet lose or forfeit himself? Whoever is ashamed of me and of my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels. Truly I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the kingdom of God.”

I wish to thank those who have sent me money during the last few days. They sent the money via Paypal which can be found at the website of Our Lady of PEI. I still need $600 in order to pay what I owe the court. If you would kindly send me this money in the next few days I would be very pleased indeed. May the Lord bless all those who have sent me money and also those who will send me money in the near future.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“Come and be My disciples, My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who believe in Me. In the message from the Gospel of Saint Luke, you have My words. If you wish to be My disciple, then you must deny yourself and take up your cross daily and follow Me. By these words, I wish to call you not to follow your own ideas and objectives but come and do what I ask of you. I want you to follow the mission I gave you knowing in doing My will you will be saved. So many today follow their own will, which is often influenced by the evil one. He calls them to pursue money and to enjoy all the pleasures of the world. He induces you to drink alcohol and to take drugs and to follow the pleasure of the flesh. In doing this, you are living far from Me and you are destroying your life. If I have called you to the married life, then follow what My Church teaches you. Live in love with your partner and never say yes to abortion for this is the killing of your son or daughter, the great gift which My Father gave you. You are to love every child from the moment of conception and never entertain the idea of abortion for it is a horrible sin, the killing of a innocent child. All have to work and follow all the rules you were given to do and all you were asked to do. If you are asked to be celibate then ask Me for the graces you need to live a celibate life and I am your example for I lived a celibate life when I was on earth. Be a person of prayer and come to Holy Mass every Sunday and during the week if it is possible. I extend My hand to you so take it and walk with Me every day and do not be afraid to carry your cross and I will help you to carry it. I love you with all My heart.”

Peter’s Confession about Jesus

Peter’s Confession about Jesus

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Luke 9, 18 – 22:

Once when Jesus was praying in solitude, and the disciples were with him, he asked them, “Who do the crowds say that I am?” They said in reply, “John the Baptist, others, Elijah, still others, ‘One of the ancient prophets has arisen.’ ” Then he said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter said in reply, “The Messiah of God.” He rebuked them and directed them not to tell this to anyone.
Jesus said, “The Son of Man must suffer greatly and be rejected by the elders, the chief priests, and the scribes, and be killed and on the third day be raised.”

Today Saturday we are having another big snowstorm. It started early this morning and about 20 cm (about a foot) of snow has fallen. The roads are packed with snow and not one car went by today. I hope it will stop this evening so they can clean the roads so the people can go to church. This is the second big snowstorm in a week. I pray that we will have better weather in the future.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I ask you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters this question, “Who do you say that I am?” There are some today that say that I am just a human being like everybody else. They do not accept that I am risen from the dead and that the Apostles have seen Me after My resurrection. Many do not accept what I have taught and do not follow Me.
I want all of you to believe in Me as Saint Peter did. He said before all the Apostles when I asked them who I was that I am the Messiah of God. This means that I am the Savior who has come from God to save you all. This act of faith of Saint Peter is the reason that I appointed him the head of My Church. He had great faith.
After Peter’s act of faith, I told them about what will happen to Me. I said that I will suffer greatly and be rejected by the leaders of the Jews and then I would be killed but on the third day I will be raised from the dead. This is My Passion and Death and it was difficult for the Apostles to accept this now that they believed that I was the Messiah. Indeed I had come to offer Myself in sacrifice for the salvation of the people of the world. My sacrifice I offered it on the cross where I suffered horribly and after three hours on the cross I died and was buried. On Sunday, three days afterwards, I came back to life and I stayed with the Apostles for forty days in order to strengthen their faith and to prepare them to receive the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.
Come My dear friends and believe all what has happened to Me. I am now alive and I am there to help you. Walk with Me every day and you will be blessed for you will be with Me in heaven one day. I bless you all.”

The Return of the Twelve and the Miracle

January 31, 2015

The Return of the Twelve and the Miracle

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Luke 9, 10 – 17:

When the Apostles returned they explained to Jesus what they had done. He took them and withdrew in private to a town called Bethsaida. The crowds, meanwhile, learned of this and followed him. He received them and spoke to them about the Kingdom of God, and he healed those who needed to be cured. As the day was drawing to a close, the Twelve approached him and said, “Dismiss the crowd so that they can go to the surrounding villages and farms and find lodging and provisions; for we are in a deserted place here.” He said to them, “Give them some food yourselves.” They replied, “Five loaves and two fish are all we have, unless we ourselves go and buy food for all these people.” Now the men there numbered about five thousand. Then he said to his disciples, “Have them sit down in groups of about fifty.” They did so and made them all sit down. Then taking the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, he said the blessing over them, broke them, and gave them to the disciples to set before the crowd. They all ate and were satisfied. And when the leftover fragments were picked up, they filled twelve wicker baskets.

I wish to thank all those who send me money today Friday. I still need $600 to pay the remaining amount to the court. I pray that those who can will send the money via Paypal as I wrote in my message. It is very important that I pay this money early next week. I wish to thank all those who sent me money and may the Lord bless you all.

Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Mother given to Father Melvin. She spoke to him these words,

“I bless you My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters who remain always close to My Son Jesus and to Me. As you read in the above message from the Gospel of Saint Luke, My Son Jesus caused a great miracle by multiplying the bread and the fish to feed five thousand men without counting the women and the children. When all were satisfied they collected twelve baskets of fragments. This miracle of My Son made the Jews think about the great miracle God the Father did while the Jewish Nation were in the desert for forty years. All the time they were there, the Father gave them manna and quails to eat. He fed them for forty years. Now My Son Jesus did the same with the people who followed Him. For you who follow My Son Jesus, this miracle of the bread and fish, should make you think of the great miracle that Jesus did for you at the Last Supper. He instituted the Holy Eucharist and in a miraculously way He changed the bread and wine into His Body and Blood and gave them to His Apostles. Today all priests have this power to change the bread and wine into the Body and Blood of My Son Jesus. This is the great gift which He gave you all. You know that He is alive in the Holy Eucharist and when you receive Him, He comes and lives in your heart. This gift should fill your hearts with great love for Him and you should praise and glorify Him as you receive Him at Holy Mass. I bless you all.”

P.S. It was partly sunny today but we did not have any snow.
