Teaching about Adultery and Divorce

Dear Friends,

A reading from the Gospel of St. Matthew 5:2,27-32.
Jesus began to teach them, saying: “. . . You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I say to you, everyone who looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one of your members than to have your whole body thrown into Gehenna. And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one of your members than to have your whole body go into Gehenna. “It was also said, ‘Whoever divorces his wife must give her a bill of divorce.’ But I say to you, whoever divorces his wife (unless the marriage is unlawful) causes her to commit adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery.”

I celebrated Holy Mass yesterday morning at the Little Shrine of Our Lady of Prince Edward Island, the Mother of Life, at 9:30 a.m. and a good number attended. In the evening I was at the Parish Church of the Immaculate Conception, Palmer Road, for the prayer meeting. A good group attended.

I will be leaving for Ontario shortly but I do not know the date yet. I should know in a few days. I hope I will be back for the First Friday of February for the Healing Mass. I will let those who wish to come know in a few days.

(Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words:)

I bless you, My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters scattered all over the world. I am not happy with the many of My followers who are not following the commandments of God. My teaching about marriage is as follows: if a man and a woman want to get married, they are to receive the sacrament of marriage before they start living together. But today many live together like husband and wife and I have not blessed their union. Such a union is very sinful. Every marriage must be blessed by Me if you wish to make a success of your union. If your marriage is not blessed by Me then you are living with the evil one and he will cause you all kinds of trouble. No, My followers, have your union blessed in church by Me and I will live with you in your home and I will bring you great peace, love and joy.

There are also too many divorces today among My followers. You do not know how to forgive and how to start anew in your marriage. Divorce is not a solution to a marriage problem but a way to have more problems in the future. If you wish to live together until death, then you must be people of prayer. You must pray your rosary every day and call on Our Dear Mother to pray for your marriage and call on Me to bless your marriage. You need many great graces in order to live together and to avoid divorce. You must receive the sacraments of Penance and the Eucharist often especially every Sunday in order to live in close union with Me. I am the only one who can protect your marriage.

Paul’s Conversion

Paul’s Conversion

Dear Friends,

Please read about St. Paul’s conversion from Acts 9:1-19a:
Now Saul, still breathing murderous threats against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest and asked him for letters to the synagogues in Damascus, that, if he should find any men or women who belonged to the Way, he might bring them back to Jerusalem in chains. On his journey, as he was nearing Damascus, a light from the sky suddenly flashed around him. He fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?” He said, “Who are you, sir?” The reply came, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. Now get up and go into the city and you will be told what you must do.” The men who were traveling with him stood speechless, for they heard the voice but could see no one. Saul got up from the ground, but when he opened his eyes he could see nothing; so they led him by the hand and brought him to Damascus. For three days he was unable to see, and he neither ate nor drank. There was a disciple in Damascus named Ananias, and the Lord said to him in a vision, “Ananias.” He answered, “Here I am, Lord.” The Lord said to him, “Get up and go to the street called Straight and ask at the house of Judas for a man from Tarsus named Saul. He is there praying, and in a vision he has seen a man named Ananias come in and lay his hands on him, that he may regain his sight.” But Ananias replied, “Lord, I have heard from many sources about this man, what evil things he has done to your holy ones in Jerusalem. And here he has authority from the chief priests to imprison all who call upon your name.” But the Lord said to him, “Go, for this man is a chosen instrument of mine to carry my name before Gentiles, kings, and Israelites, and I will show him what he will have to suffer for my name.” So Ananias went and entered the house; laying his hands on him, he said, “Saul, my brother, the Lord has sent me, Jesus who appeared to you on the way by which you came, that you may regain your sight and be filled with the holy Spirit.” Immediately things like scales fell from his eyes and he regained his sight. He got up and was baptized, and when he had eaten, he recovered his strength.

(Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words:)

Rejoice, My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters living in every country of the world. Come and join the feast of the conversion and baptism of My great Apostle, St. Paul. Before his conversion, he did not believe in Me but instead he tried to destroy My Church. However, when he was on his way to Damascus, I knocked him down and I gave him a very special grace and he was converted. He was baptized and became My great Apostle. He traveled throughout the known world preaching the Good News I had given to the Church. At the end he died in Rome a martyr’s death. He is a great saint now in heaven.

I call you all to love St. Paul and to read the many letters he has written. He was inspired to write all these and all he wrote is the truth. As he was a follower of Mine, I call you to believe in Me like St. Paul and do not be afraid to show the people that you love Me and that you believe in Me wholeheartedly. St. Paul is a great example for you. I love you.

The Last Supper

Dear Friends,

Let us now read St. Lukes Gospel 22:14-20:

When the hour came, Jesus took his place at table with the apostles. He said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer, for, I tell you, I shall not eat it again until there is fulfillment in the kingdom of God.” Then he took a cup, gave thanks, and said, “Take this and share it among yourselves; for I tell you (that) from this time on I shall not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.” Then he took the bread, said the blessing, broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which will be given for you; do this in memory of me.” And likewise the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which will be shed for you.”

I already have over 150 names in the Book of Remembrance since the beginning of the year. Every day people write to me from Canada, from the USA, from Europe and from South America especially Argentina, to have names entered in the book. It is my joy to enter them and twice a week I place the book on the altar where I celebrate Holy Mass. I offer two Masses a week for a whole year for all those in the book. I offer my rosary for all of them and I also pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet for all of them every day. I know Our Blessed Lord and Our Most Holy Mother are very pleased.

(Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words:)

“It is My great joy, My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters, when you participate in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, which I offered in the presence of the Apostles in the upper room on Holy Thursday. My brother Melvin, you are a priest and you celebrate the Holy Mass every day with devotion and I am present there with you. All you, My brothers and sisters, come and participate as often as you can in this most holy sacrifice of Myself to the Father for your salvation. This is the most perfect and greatest of all prayers. I love it when you come and receive Me in Holy Communion especially when you have prepared your heart to receive Me. Come to Me and I will bless you.”
