Our Blessed Mother at the Foot of the Cross

Dear Friends,

A reading from the Gospel of St. John (19:23-27):

When the soldiers had crucified Jesus, they took his clothes and divided them into four shares, a share for each soldier. They also took his tunic, but the tunic was seamless, woven in one piece from the top down. So they said to one another, “Let’s not tear it, but cast lots for it to see whose it will be,” in order that the passage of scripture might be fulfilled that says: “They divided my garments among them, and for my vesture they cast lots.” This is what the soldiers did.

Standing by the cross of Jesus were his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary of Magdala. When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple there whom he loved, he said to his mother, “Woman, behold, your son.” Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother.” And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.

I went to see the doctor specialist yesterday afternoon and he advised me to have an operation to remove the gallstones I have. He said that I might have another attack in the future and it would be worst than the first one. It is better to have them removed as soon as possible and you will have no more trouble with that. However, he told me that it could take up to three months before the operation could be performed. This is the usual waiting time for something like this. So I will not be able to travel in case I have an attack and if I cannot get to the hospital quick enough I could die. So I will not travel from now until October. However, I will be at home and if anyone wants to come and visit me or pray in the chapel of Our Lady of Prince Edward Island, you are most welcome.

Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Mother given to Father Melvin. She spoke to him these words.

I bless you My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters living in every part of the world. I know that you suffer at times. There are all kinds of pain one can have, just like you My son Melvin who is now suffering from gallstones.

I suffered horribly when I saw all that they did to My Son Jesus. They whipped Him, they forced Him to carry the cross although He was very weak and fell many times. At Golgota they nailed His hands and feet to the cross and then lifted up the cross and He hung there for about three hours. I was with Him when all these horrible things were taking place and I suffered great pain together with Him. He suffered His passion and death for each one of you to atone for your sins and to open heaven for you. Contemplate Him on the cross especially every Friday, the day He died. I am your Mother given to you by My Son before He died. I love you all and I call you to walk with My Son every day. Repent of all your sins.”

The Church as Christ’s Body

Dear Friends,

A reading from St. Paul’s Letter to the Ephesians (1:15 – 2:5a):

Therefore, I, too, hearing of your faith in the Lord Jesus and of your love for all the holy ones, do not cease giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation resulting in knowledge of him. May the eyes of (your) hearts be enlightened, that you may know what is the hope that belongs to his call, what are the riches of glory in his inheritance among the holy ones, and what is the surpassing greatness of his power for us who believe, in accord with the exercise of his great might, which he worked in Christ, raising him from the dead and seating him at his right hand in the heavens, far above every principality, authority, power, and dominion, and every name that is named not only in this age but also in the one to come. And he put all things beneath his feet and gave him as head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fullness of the one who fills all things in every way.

You were dead in your transgressions and sins in which you once lived following the age of this world, following the ruler of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the disobedient. All of us once lived among them in the desires of our flesh, following the wishes of the flesh and the impulses, and we were by nature children of wrath, like the rest. But God, who is rich in mercy, because of the great love he had for us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, brought us to life with Christ.

I wish to thank all those who sent me donations to help me out of my debts. Today I even received 238 Euros from France. I still have some more debts such as property tax, which I did not pay yet. May the Lord bless you all.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words.

I give thanks to God the Father for you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters living in every part of the world. I thank you for your strong faith in Me, for your work for My mystical body, the Church, and for all the help you give to the poor. The Father has blessed Me and now I sit at His right hand in heaven. You are the members of My Body, the Church, and I desire to have all the peoples of the world in My Church. I am the leader of the Church and great gifts and graces come to the members of the Church through Me.

Do not return to your old ways but look forward and advance on the way to holiness. It is through the Church and the power of the Holy Spirit who will help you to grow in holiness every day. The Holy Spirit will strengthen and enlighten you in many ways. Live in the power of the Holy Spirit and in close union with Me, your Redeemer. Our Heavenly Father loves you and He calls you to follow the commandments He has given you. Follow the way I traced out for you and you will be blessed.”

The Father’s Plan of Salvation

The Father’s Plan of Salvation

Dear Friends,

A reading from St. Paul’s Letter to the Ephesians (1:3-14):

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavens, as he chose us in him, before the foundation of the world, to be holy and without blemish before him. In love he destined us for adoption to himself through Jesus Christ, in accord with the favor of his will, for the praise of the glory of his grace that he granted us in the beloved.

In him we have redemption by his blood, the forgiveness of transgressions, in accord with the riches of his grace that he lavished upon us. In all wisdom and insight, he has made known to us the mystery of his will in accord with his favor that he set forth in him as a plan for the fullness of times, to sum up all things in Christ, in heaven and on earth.

In him we were also chosen, destined in accord with the purpose of the one who accomplishes all things according to the intention of his will, so that we might exist for the praise of his glory, we who first hoped in Christ. In him you also, who have heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and have believed in him, were sealed with the promised holy Spirit, which is the first installment of our inheritance toward redemption as God’s possession, to the praise of his glory.

————————————-

I was to our church last evening for the prayer meeting but it was cancelled because of the St. Anne’s Novena. The Novena was much longer last evening because it was the last day and today of course is the Feast of St. Anne.

(Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words.)

I have chosen you and blessed you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who are living on earth. I came on earth to save you all if you come and accept Me as your Savior. My heavenly Father created you and His great desire is that you follow Me who was sent by the Father to open heaven for you. I am the example you are to follow. I prayed every day to My Father and sometimes I climbed the mountain and prayed the whole night. It was truly a heart to heart encounter with My Father. You too are to spend time in prayer every day. Learn how to contemplate as I did. I am the subject of contemplation for you. In this way you will come to know Me and to have a very deep relationship with Me. I also suffered greatly for each one of you. Often I went to bed hungry and the Apostles and I had to sleep outside under the trees. I suffered My passion in a horrible way being beaten and whipped although I did not do anything wrong. I accepted it all to atone for your sins and at the end I was nailed to the cross and I lived for three hours hanging on the cross and then I died. I suffered all this for you because I love you and I want you all to repent of your sins and to follow Me in a very close union. I love you and I call you all to believe in Me.”
