Duty to live in the Light

Dear Friends,

A reading from St. Paul’s Letter to the Ephesians (5:6-20):

Let no one deceive you with empty arguments, for because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the disobedient. So do not be associated with them. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light, for light produces every kind of goodness and righteousness and truth. Try to learn what is pleasing to the Lord. Take no part in the fruitless works of darkness; rather expose them, for it is shameful even to mention the things done by them in secret; but everything exposed by the light becomes visible, for everything that becomes visible is light. Therefore, it says:

“Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light.”

Watch carefully then how you live, not as foolish persons but as wise, making the most of the opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore, do not continue in ignorance, but try to understand what is the will of the Lord. And do not get drunk on wine, in which lies debauchery, but be filled with the Spirit, addressing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and playing to the Lord in your hearts, giving thanks always and for everything in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God the Father.

————————————–

I ask you My dear friends to pay for a special intention of mine that the Lord may grant what I have asked Him next week. Thank you very much.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words.

Be people of light My dear brother Melvin and all My dear brothers and sisters living in every country of the world. I told you when I was on earth that I was the Way, the Truth and the Light. Therefore, I am the one who transforms you into light. If you are not with Me, Your Lord and Savior, then you live in darkness like all the pagans do. I came into the world to change you all so that you may be light for all the people who live in your neighborhood. So, My dear brothers and sisters, I call you all to wake up today and to come and live with Me. If you do what I call you to, then you will be completely changed. You will produce all kinds of goodness and you will live in the truth that comes from Me. Once you have been renewed, do not return to the past and start following the dark ways all over again. Stay with Me every day and know that I want to live in your heart closer to you than your own breath. Do not live just for food or alcohol but live especially for the reason you were created by the Father. You have to eat it is true but don’t place your heart in food but in Me. You were created to know, love and serve God and to be with Him forever in heaven one day. I love you all.”

Rules for the New Life

Rules for the New Life

Dear Friends,

A reading from St. Paul’s Letter to the Ephesians (4:25 – 5:5):

Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak the truth, each one to his neighbor, for we are members one of another. Be angry but do not sin; do not let the sun set on your anger, and do not leave room for the devil. The thief must no longer steal, but rather labor, doing honest work with his own hands, so that he may have something to share with one in need. No foul language should come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for needed edification, that it may impart grace to those who hear. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with which you were sealed for the day of redemption. All bitterness, fury, anger, shouting, and reviling must be removed from you, along with all malice. And be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving one another as God has forgiven you in Christ.

So be imitators of God, as beloved children, and live in love, as Christ loved us and handed himself over for us as a sacrificial offering to God for a fragrant aroma. Immorality or any impurity or greed must not even be mentioned among you, as is fitting among holy ones, no obscenity or silly or suggestive talk, which is out of place, but instead, thanksgiving. Be sure of this, that no immoral or impure or greedy person, that is, an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

————————————

Again I would like to thank all those who sent donations during the last few weeks. Some have place the money in paypal on Our Lady’s website. Others have written to me and added a donation. All this is of great help to pay the many expenses I have but they are not all paid yet. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words.

I bless you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters spread throughout the world. My Father has given you rules that you are to follow if you desire to follow Me. He gave you the Ten Commandments and all are to observe these rules. The rules can be summed up like this: Love God and love your neighbor. If you steal from your neighbor is that a way to love him? You will have to avoid all immorality and impurity and greed for these are from the evil one. You must not show any hatred against anyone if you call yourself a Christian. Do not lose control and start offending people with anger, shouting, fury and bitterness. You are to be in good mood with everyone and to pardon those who hurt you in any way. In this way you will be my imitators. When I lived on earth I showed you the way you should live if you are My friend and My disciple. Do not be afraid to tell those you meet that you love them and that you are praying for them. If you do so then you will truly be blessed with My peace, My love and My joy. I love you all.”

Renewal in Christ

Dear Friends,

A reading from St. Paul’s Letter to the Ephesians (4:17-24):

So I declare and testify in the Lord that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their minds; darkened in understanding, alienated from the life of God because of their ignorance, because of their hardness of heart, they have become callous and have handed themselves over to licentiousness for the practice of every kind of impurity to excess. That is not how you learned Christ, assuming that you have heard of him and were taught in him, as truth is in Jesus, that you should put away the old self of your former way of life, corrupted through deceitful desires, and be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and put on the new self, created in God’s way in righteousness and holiness of truth.

————————————————-

Today we start a new month and here in Prince Edward Island it is the best month of the summer. The fishermen will start fishing lobster again for the fall season. The potatoes are all in bloom and by the end of the month the farmers will start picking potatoes. Many of the people have their wood ready for the winter and they will be gathering it up and put it away. It is cheaper than heating oil these days. Indeed the Island is blessed by Our Lord and the people are as a whole happy and they go to church regularly.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words.

Live in the power of the Holy Spirit My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters scattered all over the world. If you have been baptized and live with Me then you have been renewed. You have put on the new self, which comes from Me through the power of the Holy Spirit. You are now truly My brothers and sisters for I truly live in you. We form one great family and that is why we should pray together, go to church together, receive Me in the Holy Eucharist and join together to sing and to praise your God. If you would follow My way, this whole world would be completely changed and peace would reign in every country, all would love one another and I would fill you all with joy.

I call you all to pray for the renewal of the whole world that the New Pentecost will indeed begin everywhere and all will live a new life. I bless you all and if you open your heart, I will give you all the graces you need.”
