Testimony to Jews in Rome

Dear Friends,
A reading from the Acts of the Apostles (28:17-24):

Three days later he called together the leaders of the Jews. When they had gathered [Paul] said to them, “My brothers, although I had done nothing against our people or our ancestral customs, I was handed over to the Romans as a prisoner from Jerusalem. After trying my case the Romans wanted to release me, because they found nothing against me deserving the death penalty. But when the Jews objected, I was obliged to appeal to Caesar, even though I had no accusation to make against my own nation. This is the reason, then, I have requested to see you and to speak with you, for it is on account of the hope of Israel that I wear these chains.” They answered him, “We have received no letters from Judea about you, nor has any of the brothers arrived with a damaging report or rumor about you. But we should like to hear you present your views, for we know that this sect is denounced everywhere.”
So they arranged a day with him and came to his lodgings in great numbers. From early morning until evening, he expounded his position to them, bearing witness to the kingdom of God and trying to convince them about Jesus from the law of Moses and the prophets. Some were convinced by what he had said, while others did not believe. Without reaching any agreement among themselves they began to leave; then Paul made one final statement. “Well did the Holy Spirit speak to your ancestors through the prophet Isaiah, saying: ‘Go to this people and say: You shall indeed hear but not understand. You shall indeed look but never see. Gross is the heart of this people; they will not hear with their ears; they have closed their eyes, so they may not see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and be converted, and I heal them.’ Let it be known to you that this salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles; they will listen.”

With this passage above I have finished with the Acts of the Apostles. We have seen much of what Saint Paul did when he was on earth.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior, the Son of God, given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“I suffered much for you, My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who have now received many graces from Me. My suffering and death on the cross was the price I had to pay to redeem you. Another one who suffered much is Saint Paul, one of My great Apostles. He was taken to Rome in chains and he was to be judged by the Emperor, but he had to wait years before this happened. In the meantime he would meet with people, and the first group he met were the Jews. Some accepted what Saint Paul said, while others did not believe. He met too with the Gentiles and many of them came to believe in Me, their Savior. At the end you know that Saint Paul was beheaded, although he had done nothing wrong. He together with Saint Peter are the great martyrs of Rome where the Pope lives. Continue to pray for the new pope. His name is Pope Francis, the name he took from Saint Francis of Assisi. I have selected him and he will work very well for Me and for My Church. I bless you all.”

The Wedding at Cana

The Wedding at Cana

Dear Friends,
A reading from St. John’s Gospel (2:1-12):

On the third day there was a wedding in Cana in Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there. Jesus and his disciples were also invited to the wedding. When the wine ran short, the mother of Jesus said to him, “They have no wine.” And Jesus said to her, “Woman, how does your concern affect me? My hour has not yet come.” His mother said to the servers, “Do whatever he tells you.”
Now there were six stone water jars there for Jewish ceremonial washings, each holding twenty to thirty gallons. Jesus told them, “Fill the jars with water.” So they filled them to the brim. Then he told them, “Draw some out now and take it to the headwaiter.” So they took it. And when the headwaiter tasted the water that had become wine, without knowing where it came from (although the servers who had drawn the water knew), the headwaiter called the bridegroom and said to him, “Everyone serves good wine first, and then when people have drunk freely, an inferior one; but you have kept the good wine until now.”
Jesus did this as the beginning of his signs in Cana in Galilee and so revealed his glory, and his disciples began to believe in him. After this, he and his mother, his brothers, and his disciples went down to Capernaum and stayed there only a few days.

I receive visitors almost every day. They have come from as far away as Pennsylvania, USA. Now more people will come to visit the little home of Our Blessed Mother during the summer.

Bellow you will find the message of Our Dear Mother given to Father Melvin. She spoke to him these words,
“I bless you My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters living in every country of the world. As you know, I was present when My Son Jesus performed His first miracle. It was at the Wedding Feast of Cana. The people serving at the feast came to Me to tell me that there was no more wine. Having heard this, I went to My Son Jesus and I told Him about it. He had never performed any miracle up to that day. However, He told the servers to fill the large jars and then told them to bring a glass of the water turned into wine to the headwaiter. The headwaiter was amazed to taste this beautiful wine, the best of the feast. The servers knew that they had just put water in the jars, and now it had changed into wine. They were very surprised. This shows the great power of My Son, for He is the Son of God. You see too that He is always ready to do whatever I ask of Him.
“Today it is the same as then. When you ask Me in prayer for something, I go to Him and ask Him on your behalf, and He will give you what you asked. It is a fact that we have great love one for the other, and I thank Him continuously for all that He has done for Me. It is My great desire to help you all and especially to intercede for you for your great needs. I love you all.”

Winter in Malta and then Rome

Winter in Malta and then Rome

Dear Friends,
A reading from the Acts of the Apostles (28:1-16):

Once we had reached safety we learned that the island was called Malta. The natives showed us extraordinary hospitality; they lit a fire and welcomed all of us because it had begun to rain and was cold. Paul had gathered a bundle of brushwood and was putting it on the fire when a viper, escaping from the heat, fastened on his hand. When the natives saw the snake hanging from his hand, they said to one another, “This man must certainly be a murderer; though he escaped the sea, Justice has not let him remain alive.” But he shook the snake off into the fire and suffered no harm. They were expecting him to swell up or suddenly to fall down dead but, after waiting a long time and seeing nothing unusual happen to him, they changed their minds and began to say that he was a god.
In the vicinity of that place were lands belonging to a man named Publius, the chief of the island. He welcomed us and received us cordially as his guests for three days. It so happened that the father of Publius was sick with a fever and dysentery. Paul visited him and, after praying, laid his hands on him and healed him. After this had taken place, the rest of the sick on the island came to Paul and were cured. They paid us great honor and when we eventually set sail they brought us the provisions we needed.
Three months later we set sail on a ship that had wintered at the island. It was an Alexandrian ship with the Dioscuri as its figurehead. We put in at Syracuse and stayed there three days, and from there we sailed round the coast and arrived at Rhegium. After a day, a south wind came up and in two days we reached Puteoli. There we found some brothers and were urged to stay with them for seven days. And thus we came to Rome. The brothers from there heard about us and came as far as the Forum of Appius and Three Taverns to meet us. On seeing them, Paul gave thanks to God and took courage. When he entered Rome, Paul was allowed to live by himself, with the soldier who was guarding him.

We had a beautiful sunny day yesterday and it was warm in the afternoon.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior, the Son of God, gave to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“If you are united to Me, I will help you, My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters living in every part of the world. Let us work together every day. My great friend Saint Paul was protected by Me. There were plenty of storms when they were on the sea and all thought that they would die, but not one died. I took care of them. When Saint Paul picked up the snake, the people thought that the snake would bite him and he would die. The snake did not bite him so he remained in good health. He went around healing the sick and this really touched the people who saw this or heard about it. I had given Paul many great gifts and he used them to help the people.
“I call you all, My brothers and sisters, to help the poor people and those who do not believe in Me that they come and accept Me as their Savior, so that their lives may be changed. I have all power and I want to use this power to help you, but you must cooperate with Me. Be men and women of prayer. I bless you all.”
