Jesus, Faithful High Priest

Dear Friends,
A reading from the Book of Hebrews (3:1-11):

Therefore, holy “brothers,” sharing in a heavenly calling, reflect on Jesus, the apostle and high priest of our confession, who was faithful to the one who appointed him, just as Moses was “faithful in all his house.” But he is worthy of more “glory” than Moses, as the founder of a house has more “honor” than the house itself. Every house is founded by someone, but the founder of all is God. Moses was “faithful in all his house” as a “servant” to testify to what would be spoken, but Christ was faithful as a son placed over his house. We are his house, if only we hold fast to our confidence and pride in our hope.
Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says: “Oh, that today you would hear his voice, ‘Harden not your hearts as at the rebellion in the day of testing in the desert, where your ancestors tested and tried me and saw my works for forty years. Because of this I was provoked with that generation and I said, “They have always been of erring heart, and they do not know my ways.” As I swore in my wrath, “They shall not enter into my rest.”‘”

More and more people in the provinces around us got snow yesterday but here in PEI we did not have any. We thank the Lord to keep us free from snow so far.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“I am calling you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters to remain steadfast in your heavenly calling. I was faithful to My calling that I received from My Heavenly Father, so I ask you all to be faithful to Me. I carried out all that the Father has asked of Me, so you too should do the same. You know that I am your Brother and Savior and it is out of love for all of you that I carried out all I was asked to do. So have confidence in Me and be filled with hope.
“When I came on earth, I was rejected by many of the members of My own nation. They did not accept the truth I brought to them but believed all kinds of nonsense and lies. But you the members of My Church, you have accepted Me and you know that I am the Son of God who came to teach you the truth. Accept all I have taught you and you will be blessed. I will give you all the graces you need to follow Me and the strength to avoid the snares of the evil one. Love Me your friend and love your neighbor and you will be a full member of My Kingdom one day. I bless you all.”

Exhortation to Faithfulness

Exhortation to Faithfulness

Dear Friends,
A reading from the Book of Hebrews (2:1-18):

Therefore, we must attend all the more to what we have heard, so that we may not be carried away. For if the word announced through angels proved firm, and every transgression and disobedience received its just recompense, how shall we escape if we ignore so great a salvation? Announced originally through the Lord, it was confirmed for us by those who had heard. God added his testimony by signs, wonders, various acts of power, and distribution of the gifts of the Holy Spirit according to his will.
For it was not to angels that he subjected the world to come, of which we are speaking. Instead, someone has testified somewhere: “What is man that you are mindful of him, or the son of man that you care for him? You made him for a little while lower than the angels; you crowned him with glory and honor, subjecting all things under his feet.” In “subjecting” all things to him, he left nothing not “subject to him.”
Yet at present we do not see “all things subject to him,” but we do see Jesus “crowned with glory and honor” because he suffered death, he who “for a little while” was made “lower than the angels,” that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone. For it was fitting that he, for whom and through whom all things exist, in bringing many children to glory, should make the leader to their salvation perfect through suffering.
He who consecrates and those who are being consecrated all have one origin. Therefore, he is not ashamed to call them “brothers,” saying: “I will proclaim your name to my brothers, in the midst of the assembly I will praise you”; and again: “I will put my trust in him”; and again: “Behold, I and the children God has given me.”
Now since the children share in blood and flesh, he likewise shared in them, that through death he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil, and free those who through fear of death had been subject to slavery all their life. Surely he did not help angels but rather the descendants of Abraham; therefore, he had to become like his brothers in every way, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest before God to expiate the sins of the people. Because he himself was tested through what he suffered, he is able to help those who are being tested.

It is getting colder and we had only a few snowflakes yesterday but it did not last. There is nothing on the ground at this time. I hope we will have a beautiful sunny day today.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“I came on earth as a human being, but I am the Son of God who is your Savior. I call you to believe in Me, My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who have offered yourselves totally to Me. Do not let any person lead you away from what I taught you. There is no truth besides what I proclaimed when I was on earth. To show that I am the Son of God I performed signs, wonders, various acts of power and distribution of the gifts of the Holy Spirit to all who were ready to receive them.
“After My death and resurrection, I was crowned with glory and honor and ascended to heaven to sit at the right hand of God the Father. I wish to consecrate you all and you will be My brothers forever. I have also come into the world to destroy the evil one who has the power of death. Come to Me and I will free you from death and give you life everlasting. Believe in Me and repent of your sins, and I will take away all your sins. Through My suffering and death I paid the price for your sins, and now all you have to do is to repent. Do not wait but repent today so that you can be united to Me. I love you all and I am there to help you.”

The Son of God is above all

The Son of God is above all

Dear Friends,
A reading from the Book of Hebrews (1:1-14):

In times past, God spoke in partial and various ways to our ancestors through the prophets; in these last days, he spoke to us through a son, whom he made heir of all things and through whom he created the universe, who is the refulgence of his glory, the very imprint of his being, and who sustains all things by his mighty word. When he had accomplished purification from sins, he took his seat at the right hand of the Majesty on high, as far superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than theirs.
For to which of the angels did God ever say: “You are my son; this day I have begotten you”?
Or again: “I will be a father to him, and he shall be a son to me”? And again, when he leads the first-born into the world, he says: “Let all the angels of God worship him.”
Of the angels he says: “He makes his angels winds and his ministers a fiery flame”; but of the Son: “Your throne, O God, stands forever and ever; and a righteous scepter is the scepter of your kingdom. You loved justice and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, anointed you with the oil of gladness above your companions”; and: “At the beginning, O Lord, you established the earth, and the heavens are the works of your hands. They will perish, but you remain; and they will all grow old like a garment. You will roll them up like a cloak, and like a garment they will be changed. But you are the same, and your years will have no end.”
But to which of the angels has he ever said: “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool”? Are they not all ministering spirits sent to serve, for the sake of those who are to inherit salvation?

We have no snow yet although we hear that there is snow in many of the provinces in the west. It was sunny for most of the day yesterday but it was cloudy in the evening.

Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Mother. She spoke to me these words,
“Believe in My Son Jesus as the Son of God, My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters who call yourselves Christians and belong to the Church of My Son. When I was on earth I lived the greatest miracle the world has ever seen. I was chosen by God the Father to be the Mother of His Divine Son, the Savior of the world. His conception was a miracle and His birth was another miracle, with the angels singing and the star that came down to Bethlehem where He was born. He looked just like any other child, as He was born with a human nature like everyone.
“It is when He started His public life that His divinity was shown at times. At His baptism in the Jordan by Saint John the Baptist, the Father spoke and the Holy Spirit came upon Him and this was miraculous. He went into the desert for forty days and forty nights without eating or drinking, and he survived. This too is a miracle. All the healings He did – He even raised some of the dead to life and expelled many evil spirits from people –, all this shows that He had divine power. A great miracle happened on the mountain when He was transfigured before His Apostles. There was also a miracle of the multiplication of the loaves and fishes. He also walked on the water and there was the miraculous catch of fish. All this shows that He was divine. At the end He died on the cross, but three days later He rose from the dead never to die again. Yes, My Son is the Son of God who reigns today as the King of the universe. Come follow Him and believe in Him with all your heart. I love you all My children.”
