Love for One Another

Love for One Another

A reading from the first Letter of Saint John 3, 11 – 24:

For this is the message you have heard from the beginning: we should love one another, unlike Cain who belonged to the evil one and slaughtered his brother. Why did he slaughter him? Because his own works were evil, and those of his brother righteous. Do not be amazed, brothers and sisters, if the world hates you. We know that we have passed from death to life because we love our brothers and sisters. Whoever does not love remains in death. Everyone who hates his brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life remaining in him or her. The way we came to know love was that he laid down his life for us, so we ought to lay down our lives for our brethren. If someone who has worldly means sees a brother or sister in need and refuses him or her compassion, how can the love of God remain in him or her. Children, let us love not in word or speech but in deed and truth.
Now this is how we shall know that we belong to the truth and reassure our hearts before him in whatever our hearts condemn, for God is greater than our hearts and knows everything. Beloved, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence in God and receive from him whatever we ask because we know his commandments and do what pleases him. And his commandment is this: we should believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another just as he commanded us. Those who keep his commandments remain in him, and he in them, and the way we know that he remains in us is from the Spirit that he give us.

I had a lovely Christmas and I thank the Lord for all the graces that He gave me. I was filled with great joy the whole day long. I prayed for all of you.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord, the Son of God, given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“Do you truly love all your brothers and sisters My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who believe in Me? It is important that you examine your heart to see if you have any hatred against anyone. If you do then indeed you do not truly love Me. It is true there are some who hurt us at times and say hurtful things against us and we react to this. However, the first thing you have to do is to pardon that person. Tell Me that you forgive the one who hurt you and you still love him or her.
You have to take Me as your example. I came here on earth for you to show you My love, to take your sins upon Me and to pay the price for all these sins. In order to atone for your sins, I accepted to suffer and die on the cross for you so that you could be forgiven for offending your Heavenly Father. Yes, My only commandment was this: Love one another as I have loved you. Do this and you will be in heaven with Me one day. I bless you all.”

The Birth of Jesus

December 25, 2013

Dear Friends,

The Birth of Jesus

A reading from St. Luke’s Gospel 2, 1 – 14:

In those days a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that the whole world should be enrolled. This was the first enrollment, when Quirinus was governor of Syria. So all went to be enrolled; each to his own town. And Joseph too went up from Galilee from the town of Nazareth to Judea; to the city of David that is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family of David, to be enrolled with Mary, his betrothed, who was with child. While they were there, the time came for her to have her child, and she gave birth to her firstborn son. She wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manger, because there was no room for them at the inn.
Now there were shepherds in that region living in the fields and keeping the night watch over their flock. The angel of the Lord appeared to them and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were struck with great fear. The angel said to them, “Do not be afraid; for behold, I proclaim to you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For today in the city of David a savior has been born for you who is Messiah and Lord. And this will be a sign for you: you will find an infant wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.” And suddenly there was a multitude of the heavenly host with the angel, praising God and saying:
“Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”

The great day of Christmas is here! It is a day of joy for the Son of God is born as a child in Bethlehem. Rejoice, My friends, for God did not forget us. Come and join in the celebration for Our Savior is born as a human being. Praise be God for the wonderful thing He has done. (Last evening I made a mistake. I wrote that Jesus was born in Jerusalem. No He was born in Bethlehem.) May the Lord bless you all.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord, the Son of God, given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“Be filled with joy My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters as you celebrate My birth that took place in Bethlehem years ago. How I wish that all would celebrate My coming into the world! I was born in poverty to join the poor of the world and to tell them that I love them and I am very close to them. I came into the world because I love you all and I want you all to come out of the darkness and into My light. I am the Light of the world. Come and contemplative My birth and I will give you wonderful graces so that you will always find yourselves very close to Me. Be My disciples and spread the good news of My birth everywhere. I bless you all.”

Children of God

December 24, 2013

Dear Friends,

Children of God

A reading from the first Letter of Saint John 3, 1 – 10:

See what love the Father has bestowed on us that we may be called the children of God. Yet so we are. The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Beloved, we are God’s children now; what we shall be has not yet been revealed. We do know that when it is revealed we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. Everyone who has this hope based on him makes himself pure, as he is pure.
Everyone who commits sin commits lawlessness, for sin is lawlessness. You know that he was revealed to take away sins, and in him there is no sin. No one who remains in him sins; no one who sins has seen him or known him. Children, let no one deceive you. The person who acts in righteousness is righteous just as he is righteous. Whoever sins belong to the devil, because the devil has sinned from the beginning. Indeed, the Son of God was revealed to destroy the works of the devil. No one who is begotten by God commits sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot sin because he is begotten by God. In this way, the children of God and the children of the devil are made plain; no one who fails to act in righteousness belongs to God, nor anyone who does not love his brother.

We are now at the eve of the great Feast of Our Lord, His birth in Bethlehem. I wish all of you a very holy and blessed Christmas. Let us show our love to the Lord for having come among us and let us thank Our Blessed Mother for being His Mother. Great news! the Spanish Government has outlawed abortion in the country. This came about only a few days ago. What great news for Christmas. Let us pray that many other countries will do the same.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“You are the children of God My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who believe in Me. So you know that the Father loves you and I love you too together with the Holy Spirit. In one day you will celebrate My Nativity in Bethlehem more than 2,000 years ago. I am the Son of God but I came on earth and took upon Myself human nature in order to be born as a human being. I came to live with you and to show you My love and to atone for all your sins. I had been promised many years before and many were waiting for Me. In order to show you My love, I freely accepted to die a horrible death on the cross for you. In this way I took upon Myself all your sins and suffered death to atone for them all.
Come My dear brothers and sisters and join with Me every day of your life and I will lead you to eternal glory. I want you to become a member of My Kingdom and to be an active member of My Church. I bless you all.”
