Peter’s Confession about Jesus

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 16, 13 – 20:

When Jesus went into the region of Caesarea Philippi he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?” They replied, “Some say John the Baptist, others Elijah, still others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter said in reply, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” Jesus said to him in reply, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah. For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my heavenly Father. And so I say to you, you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it. I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” Then he strictly ordered his disciples to tell no one that he was the Messiah.

We had a bit of snow last night and in the morning we had rain and it took the snow away. We had a beautiful Monday afternoon with sunshine and the temperature about 11 degrees Celsius. Let us continue with Jesus, Our Savior, during this Holy Week.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words, “I call you all to make your confession of faith especially you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who live in all the countries of the world. I would like you all to have great faith like St. Peter who believe in Me as the Messiah, the Son of God. Because of his great faith, I appointed him as the founder and leader of My Church and he will have great power against the evil one. He received from Me the keys of the Kingdom of heaven and he receive power to bind and to loose on earth and I promised him that all that is bound on earth will be bound in heaven and all that will be loose on earth will be loose in heaven. I had come on earth to found My Church and it was founded on Saint Peter and the other Apostles. You know that the Church became active on the day of Pentecost when the Apostles baptized about three thousand people. I want every person in the world to belong to My Church and to be active members in My Church. There is only one Church and it is this one founded by Me upon Saint Peter. Today the successor of Saint Peter is still working and he is the Pope of Rome. Listen to Pope Francis and have great faith in My Church. The Catholic Church is My Church and it has all the power to bring you all with Me in heaven one day. I love you all.”

The Feeding of the Four Thousand

The Feeding of the Four Thousand

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 15, 32 – 39:

Jesus summoned his disciples and said, “My heart is moved with pity for the crowd, for they have been with me now for three days and have nothing to eat. I do not want to send them away hungry, for fear they may collapse on the way.” The disciples said to him, “Where could we ever get enough bread in this deserted place to satisfy such a crowd?” Jesus said to them, “How many loaves do you have?” “Seven,” they replied, “and a few fish.” He ordered the crowd to sit down on the ground. Then he took the seven loaves and the fish, gave thanks, broke the loaves, and gave them to the disciples, who in turn gave them to the crowds. They all ate and were satisfied. They picked up the fragments left over–seven baskets full. Those who ate were four thousand men, not counting women and children. And when he had dismissed the crowds, he got into the boat and came to the district of Magadan.

We are now in Holy Week and let us prepare ourselves for the three great days: Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday followed by the Feast of Easter. These are the greatest days of the year. Let us be united with Jesus and relive these great days with Him.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord, the Son of God, given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words, “I bless you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters living in every country of the world who have great faith in Me as their Lord and Savior.
Once I was in the desert for three days with thousands of people and I taught them and healed the sick. After three days they were hungry so I asked My disciples how many loaves of bread they had. They said they had seven loaves of bread and a few fish. I got the disciples to distribute the bread and fish to all the people present and they did give them to the people present. They all ate and were satisfied. At the end they gathered the fragments and filled seven baskets. This is a miracle I did for these people and as they were Jews this would remind them that My Heavenly Father fed the Jewish people in the desert with Manna for 40 years. By this miracle many accepted Me as their Savior.
I call upon all of you to come to Me and make an act of faith accepting Me as your Savior. Take time during this Holy Week to spend time with Me in contemplation and I will show you the meaning of My suffering and death on the cross and at the end My resurrection. I want an intimate relationship with every one of you. I love you all.”

The Entry into Jerusalem

April 13, 2014

The Entry into Jerusalem

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 21, 1 – 11:

When they drew near Jerusalem and came to Bethphage on the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two disciples, saying to them, “Go into the village opposite you, and immediately you will find an ass tethered, and a colt with her. Untie them and bring them here to me. And if anyone should say anything to you, reply, ‘The master has need of them.’ Then he will send them at once.” This happened so that what had been spoken through the prophet might be fulfilled:
“Say to daughter Zion, ‘Behold, your king is coming to you,
meek and riding on an ass, and on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.'”
The disciples went and did as Jesus had ordered them. They brought the ass and the colt and laid their cloaks over them, and he sat upon them. The very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches from the trees and strewed them on the road. The crowds preceding him and those following kept crying out and saying,
“Hosanna to the Son of David; blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord;
hosanna in the highest.”
And when he entered Jerusalem, the whole city was shaken and asked, “Who is this?” And the crowd replied, “This is Jesus the prophet, from Nazareth in Galilee.”

Today Sunday is Palm Sunday also called Passion Sunday. It is the beginning of Holy Week when Jesus was arrested, wiped, crowned with thorns and he carried His cross to Calvary and there He was nailed to the cross and died and on Sunday he was resurrected from the dead. This is the most Holy Week of the year. Let us take part in all the ceremonies of the week.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words, “I call you to follow Me every day My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters as you enter Holy Week. You cannot live Holy Week unless you are united to Me for I am the one who suffered and died on Good Friday during this week and on Sunday I rose from the dead. The Holy Week started with My solemn entrance into Jerusalem and I was sitting on an ass and the people placed their coats on the road where I passed. The people also held branches which they broke of the trees nearby and they sang the song, Hosanna in the highest. On that day many people accepted Me as the prophet who came to save His people.
I call on you all today to join in the festivity and sing as I am Jesus, your Savior, who is coming to you. I come to atone for your sins and to bring you all into My Kingdom. Believe in Me with all your heart and you will be blessed.”
