Blessing of the Children

Blessing of the Children

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 19, 13 – 15:

Then children were brought to Jesus that he might lay his hands on them and pray. The disciples rebuked them, but Jesus said, “Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” After he placed his hands on them, he went away.

We had a beautiful day on Friday, May 2nd, the second day of the month of Mary, the Mother of God. Everything is beginning to wake up. The grass is beginning to turn green, buds are coming on some trees, the water in the ditches is going down and the temperature is slowly going up. Thank you dear Mother Mary.

Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Mother, the Mother of God, given to Father Melvin. She spoke to him these words,

“Love all the children My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters spread throughout the world. I am a Mother and I love the children with all My heart. Children are the greatest gift of God given to parents. They should welcome every child as if they were welcoming Jesus.
You know that every child is created by the Father who gives each child a soul that will never die. He gives the child to parents who will take care of His child and love that child just as much as He loves the child. Every child is called to heaven one day so that the boy or girl may find eternal happiness with God the Father, with My Son Jesus and with the Holy Spirit. Every child has been sent on earth by God for a very important purpose and we have to do all we can so that what God asked may be accomplished. There is a child in the womb of the mother from the moment of conception and no one has the right to kill this child of God. This child should be loved from the moment of his or her conception.
Pray My dear sons and daughters that the killing of infants (abortions) will stop soon and let each child be born to carry out the calling that God has giving each one of them. I tell you with tears in My eyes that abortion is murder, the killing of a small child who has the right to life. If anybody kills an unborn child, that person will pay dearly for this murder. Parents are to love every one of their children and I am your example. I love My Son Jesus with all My Heart and Saint Joseph, My Husband, love Him dearly too. I bless you all and I am praying for you all the time.”
Father Melvin

P.S. If you ever hear of someone who wishes to abort her child, please pray for that person that she keeps her child and give birth to the gift of God. One day a woman who was pregnant came to see me crying because the doctor had told her that her child would be born with water on the brain and so the head would be very large. The doctor had told her to have an abortion. She refused his suggestion and told the doctor not to talk to her about that again. I prayed for this baby and three months afterwards the baby was born completely normal with no water on the brain. Thank you Lord for your great kindness for this child.

Marriage and Divorce

Marriage and Divorce

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 19, 1 – 12:

When Jesus finished these words, he left Galilee and went to the district of Judea across the Jordan. Great crowds followed him, and he cured them there. Some Pharisees approached him, and tested him, saying, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any cause whatsoever?” He said in reply, “Have you not read that from the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female’ and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh? Therefore, what God has joined together, no human being must separate.” They said to him, “Then why did Moses command that the man give the woman a bill of divorce and dismiss her?” He said to them, “Because of the hardness of your hearts Moses allowed you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so. I say to you, whoever divorces his wife (unless the marriage is unlawful) and marries another commits adultery.”His disciples said to him, “If that is the case of a man with his wife, it is better not to marry.” He answered, “Not all can accept this word, but only those to whom that is granted. Some are incapable of marriage because they were born so; some, because they were made so by others; some, because they have renounced marriage, for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. Whoever can accept this ought to accept it.”

Today many young men and others not so young live with a woman but they are not married. This goes against the law of God. He wants that all those who wish to live together as husband and wife, must get married in church. Otherwise, they live in sin and the Lord is not with them.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“All Christians including you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters are called to accept the law of God and to follow all that the Father has ordered you to do. When it comes to marriage, every Christian man who desires to marry must marry a woman and this union has to be blessed by Me in My Church and they have to promise to live together all the days of their lives. Divorce is not allowed but they have to live together and forgive each other when one has done something sinful against his or her partner.
Many Christians are called to marriage and they are to live together in love and take care of each other. Marriage is a beautiful way of life and the greatest gift that marriage produces is children. Children need a father and a mother to grow up as normal human beings and their parents are to love their children with all their heart. They have to teach them the right way to act and to teach them about Me, their Savior, and they have to bring their children to church every Sunday and to pray with them in the evening. If they see their children acting in a sinful way, they are to instruct them to stop these actions. The parents also have to send their children to catechism class to prepare for first Holy Communion and for Confirmation. If the parents should separate or divorce, the children will suffer at the lost of one of their parents. So, I taught the people when I was on earth that those who are married are to stay together until death. If they follow Me then I will live with them all their life and give them the graces and the help they need. Come each and everyone one of you married people and follow Me every day. You will be blessed indeed.”

Father Melvin

P.S. We have started the beautiful month of Our Dear Mother but here it was cold and cloudy. We had a bit of rain in the evening. Our Blessed Mother calls us to pray the rosary every day and to remain united with Her. She prays for us all the time.

The Parable of the Unforgiving Servant

The Parable of the Unforgiving Servant

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 18, 21 – 35:

Then Peter approaching asked Jesus, “Lord, if my brother sins against me, how often must I forgive him? As many as seven times?” Jesus answered, “I say to you, not seven times but seventy-seven times. That is why the kingdom of heaven may be likened to a king who decided to settle accounts with his servants. When he began the accounting a debtor was brought before him who owed him a huge amount. Since he had no way of paying it back, his master ordered him to be sold, along with his wife, his children, and all his property, in payment of the debt. At that, the servant fell down, did his homage, and said, ‘Be patient with me, and I will pay you back in full.’ Moved with compassion the master of that servant let him go and forgave him the loan. When that servant had left, he found one of his fellow servants who owed him a much smaller amount. He seized him and started to choked him, demanding, ‘Pay back what you owe.’ Falling to his knees, his fellow servant begged him, ‘Be patient with me, and I will pay you back.’ But he refused. Instead, he had him put in prison until he paid back the debt. Now when his fellow servants saw what had happened, they were deeply disturbed, and went to their master and reported the whole affair. His master summoned him and said to him, “You wicked servant! I forgave you your entire debt because you begged me to. Should you not have had pity on your fellow servant, as I had pity on you?’ Then in anger his master handed him over to the torturers until he should pay back the whole debt. So will my heavenly Father do to you, unless each of you forgives his brother from his heart.”

We had a beautiful sunny day on Wednesday and I thank the Lord for this find day. I hope we will have another nice day tomorrow.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord, the Son of God, given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“Forgive your brother or your sister My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters as often as they offend you. When Saint Peter asked Me the question how many times should he forgive his brother if he sins against him. I told him seventy-seven times. I gave a story of a master and his servants. The master in this story is God the Father and the servants are all those who have committed sin. When the master found that one servant owed him a big amount of money, he wanted to throw him into prison but when the servant pleaded with him, the master pardoned him and let him go. However, that servant did just the opposite with a servant who owed him a little bit of money. He had him thrown into prison until all the money was paid. When the master heard this, he called the wicked servant and had him arrested and thrown into prison until the money was paid. This is how our heavenly Father will react if you do not forgive your brother or sister who has offended you. Never keep any hatred against anyone in your heart. If you do then you are separated from Me for I cannot live in a heart full of hatred. Forgive those who have offended you and get rid of this hatred and repent and I will return to your heart and live there with you. I am your example for I forgave all those who tortured Me and killed Me before I died on the cross. Come and walk with Me and follow Me.”

Father Melvin

P.S. We are not entering the beautiful month of May which is the month of Mary, Our Heavenly Mother. Let us show Her during this month our great devotion and let us pray the rosary every day. May the Lord bless you all.
