The Third prediction of the Passion

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 20, 17 – 19:

As Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, he took the twelve disciples aside by themselves, and said to them on the way, “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and the scribes, and they will condemn him to death, and hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and scourged and crucified, and he will be raised on the third day.”

I am praying more and more for those people who do not pray and do not go to church. I am asking the Lord to give them the gift of faith and to help them to open their hearts so they can accept the gift of the Lord and come to believe in Him, to start praying every day and to go to Church every Sunday. I ask you all to join me every day by praying your rosary with this special intention. Thank you very much.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord, the Son of God, given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I know that you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters living in every country of the world believe that I was tortured, nailed to the cross and died on the cross in great agony. There are many others who do not believe that I was crucified and died. The Apostles had difficulty to accept that I would die on the cross and be raised up after three days in the tomb. That is why I predicted My suffering, My Passion, My dying on the cross and at last My resurrection from the dead three times to them. When I spoke to them about this, they did not want to accept this and it took time for them to accept all these horrible things that would happen to Me.
It was only after I had appeared to them many times after My resurrection that slowly they came to believe that I had indeed died on the cross and that I was risen from the dead. They had never seen this happen except for Lazarus who was dead for three days and I brought him back to life but as a normal human being. I came back to life but with a spiritual body who could go through walls without trouble. My time had come to return to heaven and to be together with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Although I was with the Father and the Holy Spirit on earth, but I had a human body and My body stayed on earth but after My resurrection I was in heaven and many times I returned to earth until My Ascension when I disappeared from the eyes of My Apostles. Although I am still on earth now however it is very rare that somebody sees Me. It is true that I am present in the Eucharist on earth but you cannot see Me but you believe that I am truly present in the host. Yes, I become your true food as you eat My Body and drink My Blood. Believe all I have told you and you will be blessed. I love you all.”

Father Melvin

P.S. We had a beautiful Monday afternoon with sunshine and a much warmer part of the day. It was raining in the morning and it was cold. We are now in May and in the morning it snowed a bit for awhile. The snow is not yet all gone in the woods. I pray that it will all go away and it will warmer the whole day.

The Workers in the Vineyard

The Workers in the Vineyard

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 20, 1 – 16:

Jesus said, “The kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out at dawn to hire laborers for his vineyard. After agreeing with them for the usual daily wage, he sent them into his vineyard. Going out about nine o’clock, he saw others standing idle in the marketplace, and he said to them, ‘You too go into my vineyard, and I will give you what is just.’ So they went off. And he went out again around noon, and around three o’clock, and did likewise. Going out about five o’clock, he found others standing around, and said to them, ‘Why do you stand here idle all day?’ They answered, ‘Because no one has hired us.’ He said to them, ‘You too go into my vineyard.’ When it was evening the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, ‘Summon the laborers and give them their pay, beginning with the last and ending with the first.’ When most who had started about five o’clock came, each received the usual daily wage. So when the first came, they thought that they would receive more, but each of them also got the usual wage.
And on receiving it they grumbled against the landowner, saying, ‘These last ones worked only one hour, and you have made them equal to us, who bore the day’s burden and the heat.’ He said to one of them in reply, ‘My friend, I am not cheating you. Did you not agree with me for the usual daily wage? Take what is yours and go. What if I wish to give this last one the same as you? Or am I not free to do as I wish with my own money? Are you envious because I am generous? Thus, the last will be first, and the first will be last.”

The snow in the woods is slowly disappearing every day. Today the frost was coming out of the fields like smoke. This means that summer is approaching and and soon the farmers will be in the fields preparing them for planting potatoes and other crops. I thank the Lord for all He is doing.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words, “Be pleased My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who are present in My Kingdom. You are receiving all the graces you need to follow Me. Some people enter My Kingdom soon after birth by being baptized as infants; others enter My Kingdom when they are teenagers; others enter when they are adults and still others enter in the old age. It does not make any difference what age you enter My Kingdom, you receive the same wage, which is eternal life in heaven. It is never too late to enter My Kingdom but if you are not a member of it now, I call you to hurry up and enter because you do not know when you will die and then it will be too late.
Some have entered My Kingdom when they were young but later on they departed from it by doing what is forbidden by Me. If you live in sin, then you are not in My Kingdom. Come back to Me as soon as possible so you can return to be a member of My Kingdom. I want all of you to be in heaven one day. So act now and enter so you will not be too late. I love you and I send you every day the graces you need. Open your heart to accept all these gifts I send you.”

Father Melvin

P.S. Jesus wants us all with Him, so let us offer ourselves totally to Him so we can be united to Him and be members of His Kingdom and His Church. May the Lord bless you all.

The Rich Young Man

The Rich Young Man

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 19, 16, – 30:

Now someone approached Jesus and said, “Teacher, what good must I do to gain eternal life?” He answered him, “Why do you ask me about the good? There is only One who is good. If you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments.” He asked him, “Which ones?” And Jesus replied, “You shall not kill; you shall not commit adultery; you shall not steal; you shall not bear false witness; honor your father and your mother; and you shall love your neighbor as yourself.” The young man said to him, “All of these I have observed. What do I still lack?” Jesus said to him, “If you wish to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.” When the young man heard this statement, he went away sad, for he had many possessions. Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Amen, I say to you, it will be hard for one who is rich to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for one who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.” When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and said, “Who then can be saved?” Jesus looked at them and said, “For human beings this is impossible, but for God all things are possible.” Then Peter said to him in reply, “We have given up everything and followed you. What will there be for us?” Jesus said to them, “Amen, I say to you that you who have followed me, in the new age, when the Son of Man is seated on his throne of glory, will yourselves sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. And everyone who has given up houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or lands for the sake of my name will receive a hundred times more, and will inherit eternal life. But many who are first will be last, and the last will be first.”

We had a beautiful sunny day on Saturday. It was the warmest day so far. I thank the Lord for this great day and I hoped it would be the same tomorrow but it seems we will have rain.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I bless you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters living in every country of the world. I am happy that you are following Me by doing what you have been called to do. I have called very many people today but a lot of them refused to follow My call. They prefer to do the things of the world rather than obey their Savior. Some are working to make money and to live as a rich person, others are taken by alcohol while others spend their free time taking drugs. Still others do not have much faith and they do not believe in Me.
Do not be afraid My brothers and sisters to give your money away and come to follow Me. If you follow your calling I gave you, then you will find great peace and joy. If you do not follow your calling, then you will not have any peace in your life and you will be often depressed. Come My dear friends and do what I have called you to do. I will be united to you and you will not worry. I love you and I bless you.”

Father Melvin

P.S. I call you all to give yourselves totally to the Lord, Our Savior. Offer yourselves totally and all that you have so that the Lord can do with you anything that He thinks is fitting. Remember Jesus loves you and He wants to save you and bring you to heaven with Him one day. I love you all.
