The Entry into Jerusalem

The Entry into Jerusalem

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 21, 1 – 11:

When they drew near to Jerusalem and came to Bethphage on the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two disciples, saying to them, “Go into the village opposite you, and immediately you will find an ass tethered, and colt with her. Untie them and bring them here to me. And if anyone should say anything to you, reply, ‘The master has need of them.’ Then he will send them at once. This happened so that what had been spoken through the prophets might be fulfilled: “Say to daughter Zion, ‘Behold, your king come to you, meek and riding on an ass, and on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.'”
The disciples went and did as Jesus had ordered them. They brought the ass and the colt and laid their cloaks over them, and he sat upon them. The very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches from the trees and strewed them on the road. The crowds preceding him and those following kept crying out and saying,
“Hosanna to the Son of David; blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord;
hosanna in the highest.”
And when he entered Jerusalem the whole city was shaken and asked, “Who is this?” And the crowd replied, “This is Jesus the prophet, from Nazareth in Galilee.”

I am praying every day for peace in Ukraine and that Russia stops interfering in that free country. Please pray for this intention every day. There are many Catholics in Ukraine and if Russia takes over the Ukraine, the Catholics will suffer.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“Be full of joy My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who have accepted Me as your Lord and Savior. Very close to the day of My Passion and My Death on the cross, I sent two of My disciples to go and get an animal and to bring that animal to Me. I sat on it and with many people I entered the city of Jerusalem. The people would lay their coats on the road where the donkey would pass and others had branches and they would swing them as the people sang. They especially sang this song, ‘Hosanna to the Son of David, blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord; hosanna in the highest.’ I entered Jerusalem as the King of the Universe and all were filled with great joy. It was only a few days later that I was arrested, tortured and nailed to the cross to die a horrible death. Yet indeed I am the King of you all for I am your Lord, the Son of God, and your Savior. I love you all and I gave My life to save you all.”

The Healing of Two Blind Men

The Healing of Two Blind Men

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 20, 29 – 34:

As they left Jericho, a great crowd followed Jesus. Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was passing by, they cried out, “Lord, Son of David, have pity on us.” The crowd warned them to be silent, but they called out all the more, “Lord, Son of David, have pity on us.” Jesus stopped and called them and said, “What do you want me to do for you?” They answered him, “Lord, let our eyes be opened.” Moved with pity, Jesus touched their eyes. Immediately they received their sight, and followed him.

I call you all to storm heaven so that what Our Blessed Mother has told me with come to be very soon. She wants Her Shrine to be built and Jesus wants the two monasteries to start soon for the Contemplative Brothers and the Contemplative Sisters of Jesus. We need money to do all that. Please pray that the money will come in the near future. Thank you.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I always have pity on any person who suffers and that is why I healed so many people when I was on earth. I call you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters to have pity on all those who suffer and to do all you can to help them. Pray, pray for them and I will be there to help them. In today’s healing story, you see two blind men on the road and they are crying out for help. The people with Me do not want to help them but instead they tell them to keep silent. Yet the blind shouted even more. I called them to Me and I placed My hand on their eyes and they were completely healed. It is a joy for Me to heal those who are in great trouble such as blind people. There are still blind people today and they need to be healed. Pray for them that I heal them.
There are some who have spiritual blindness. They have no faith and they do not know Me. I am their Savior but they do not come to Me to ask for My help. Pray for them that this spiritual blindness goes away and that they come to believe in Me and follow Me. I bless you all.”

Father Melvin

P.S. Let us thank the Lord for this beautiful month of May, the month of Our Blessed Mother. Do not forget to pray your rosary every day and to ask Her for all your needs. She will intercede for you before Her Son Jesus. Indeed, She loves us all with all Her Heart.

The Request of James and John

The Request of James and John

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 20, 20 – 28:

Then the mother of the sons of Zebedee approached him with her sons and did him homage, wishing to ask him for something. He said to her, “What do you wish?” She answered him, “Command that these two sons of mine sit, one at your right and the other at your left, in your kingdom.” Jesus said in reply, “You do not know what you are asking. Can you drink the cup that I am going to drink?” They said to him, “We can.” He replied, “My cup you will indeed drink, but to sit at my right and at my left, this is not mine to give but is for those for whom it has been prepared by my Father.” When the ten heard this, they became indignant at the two brothers. But Jesus summoned them and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and the great ones make their authority over them felt. But it shall not be so among you. Rather, whoever wishes to be great among you shall be your servant; whoever wishes to be first among you shall be your slave. Just so, the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

I have a friend of mine who is sick at this time. He entered hospital today and they found out that he has kidney stones and gall stones. Please pray that the operation he will have will be successful and that he will not have any more pain.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I call you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters to be servants like I was a servant to everybody when I was on earth. However, that are always some you wish to be first, to sit in the best places, or to receive more money than all the others. This shows that some can be full of pride and they want to show off. This was the case with the two brothers that approached Me with their mother. They had told their mother to intercede for them so that one could sit at My right and the other sit at My left. But I told them that it was not for Me to give them these places but it was My Father who would choose who would sit at those places. I had the chance then to teach them about becoming servants. I came on earth not to have people come and serve Me but I came to serve all the people and to help them. So all those who follow Me must do the same. Do you worry about your place in heaven but be ready every day to help all those in need. In this way you will be blessed by My Father and you will be My dear friend. I love you all.”

Father Melvin

P.S. May the Lord bless you all and may He fill you with His love, peace and joy.
