Paul Visits Jerusalem

A reading from the Acts of the Apostles 9, 23 – 30:

After a long time had passed, the Jews conspired to kill him, but
their plot became known to Paul. Now they were keeping watch on the
gates day and night so as to kill him, but his disciples took him one
night and let him down through an opening in the wall, lowering him in
a basket.
When he arrived in Jerusalem he tried to join the disciples, but they
were all afraid of him, not believing that he was a disciple. Then
Barnabas took charge of him and brought him to the Apostles, and he
reported to them how on the way he had seen the Lord and that he had
spoken to him, and how in Damascus he had spoken out boldly in the
name of Jesus. He moved about freely with them in Jerusalem, and spoke
out boldly in the name of Lord. He also spoke and debated with the
Hellenists, but they tried to kill him. And when the brothers heard of
this, they took him down to Caesarea and sent him on his way to

We had a lovely sunny day today and it was warm. It was such a nice
day to travel. I wish to thank those who sent me some money but I did
not receive much so far. Only a few sent me money. I would like others
could send me some so that I can have something to eat instead of just
eating a few toasts a day. I would be so happy if more would send me
money via Paypal during the next few days. May the Lord bless you all.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior. Jesus gave me
the message written below. He said, “I bless you all My brother Melvin
and all My brothers and sisters who walk with Me every day. As it is
written above, Saul was converted by Me while he was on his way to
Damascus. He was filled with faith and he was baptized. When some Jews
heard that he was converted and now believed in Me, they wanted to
kill him. So he was helped to climb out  of the wall of Damascus and
went to Jerusalem. At the beginning the Apostles could not believe
that Paul was converted and they were afraid of him. But with the help
of Barnabas, the Apostles accepted him and they helped him. They
brought him to Caesarea and they sent him on his way to Tarsus.
You know that Paul died in Rome as a martyr and he is now a saint.
Many of his letters are in the Bible and we should read them so that
our faith will grow.
I bless you all and I call you all to open your heart to Me and I will
fill them with graces and My love.”
