Prayer of the Community

A reading from the Acts of the Apostles 4, 23 – 31:

After the release of the Apostles they went back to their own people
and reported what the chief priests and elders had told them. And when
they heard it, they raised their voices to God with one accord and
said, “Sovereign Lord, maker of heaven and earth and the sea and all
that is in them, you said by the Holly Spirit through the mouth of our
father David, your servant:
‘Why did the Gentiles rage and the people entertain folly?
The kings of the earth took their stand and the princes gathered together
against the Lord and against his anointed.’
Indeed they gathered in this city against your holy servant Jesus whom
you anointed, Herod and Pontius Pilate, together with the Gentiles and
the peoples of Israel, to do what your hand and your will had long ago
planned to take place. And now, Lord, take note of their treats, and
enable your servants to speak your word with all boldness, as you
stretch forth your hand to heal, and signs and wonders are done
through the name of your holy servant Jesus. As they prayed, the
place where they were gathered shook, and they were all filled with
the Holly Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.

We had a beautiful sunny day today and the temperature was 17 degrees
Celsius. However, it is cloudy this evening and colder. I will be
going to the Charismatic meeting at 8:00 o’clock this evening. I go
every week. Again I thank those who sent me money yesterday. It was
exactly what I needed. May the Lord bless you all.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to
Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words, “I bless you My brother
Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who have suffered because of
their faith in Me. When the Apostles were released from prison, they
went back to their people and told them all what had happened and what
the leaders had told them. The Christians that were gathered with the
Apostles began to praise Me, their Savior, and to remind the people
that it was here in Jerusalem where I had suffered and died on the
cross. It was Herod and Pontius Pilate together with the Romans who
inflicted much pain on Me and at the end they nailed Me to the cross
and it is there that I died. Now that I am raised from the dead, it is
My Apostles that are suffering. However, I want them to teach the
people with boldness without fearing these leaders. The Christians
loved to pray and that day during prayer, they were filled with the
Holy Spirit and loved to pray with boldness. May you all be filled
with the Holy Spirit and continue to follow Me.”
