Avoiding Sin

A reading from Saint John’s First Letter 3,1 – 10:

“See what love the Father has bestowed on us that we may be called the children of God. Yet so we are. The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know Him. Beloved, we are God’s children now; What we shall be has not yet been revealed. We do know that when it is revealed we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. Everyone who has this hope based on Him makes himself pure as He is pure.
Everyone who commits sin commits lawlessness, for sin is lawlessness. You know that He was revealed to take away sins, and in Him there is no sin. No one who remains in Him sins; no one who sins has seen Him or known Him. Children, let no one deceive you. The person who acts in righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. Whoever sins belongs to the devil, because the devil has sinned from the beginning. Indeed, the Son of God was revealed to destroy the works of the devil. No one who is begotten by God commits sin, because seed remains in him; he cannot sin because he is begotten by God. In this way, the children of God and the children of the devil are made plain; no one who fails to act in righteousness belongs to God, nor anyone who does not love his brother.”

I am just back from a conference given by a lady on Pro-Life. She spoke very well on how horrible abortion is for it is the killing of a human being who has not yet been born. Every conceived child has the right to be born and live. I am happy that President Trump of the USA is Pro-Life and I am praying that we will have a Pro-Life Prime Minister in Canada soon.
I would like to let you know that you can now send me money by Paypal as it is working again. I wish to thank all those who have send me money over the holidays especially to pay to enter names in the Book of Remembrance for Masses for a whole year. I still offer three Masses a week for those whose names are in the Book of Remembrance.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I bless you My dear brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters and especially those who believe in Me with all their heart. I call you all to follow Me and to avoid sin. You know that I came into the world to take away sin. If you remain in Me, you will not sin. However, today in the world there are many who live in sin for they are far from Me. Many do not pray or go to church and that is why they live in such darkness. I came in this world to destroy the works of the devil. So never follow the evil one but remain in union with Me and you will not sin. I love you with all My heart and I want you all with Me in heaven one day.”
