The Birth of Jesus

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Matthew 1, 18 – 25:

Now this is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about. When his mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, but before they lived together, she was found with child through the Holy Spirit. Joseph, her husband, since he was a righteous man, yet unwilling to expose her to shame, decided to divorced her quickly. Such was his intention when, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary your wife into your home. For it is through the Holy Spirit that this child has been conceived in her. She will bear a son and you are to name him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins. All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophets:
“Behold, the virgin shall be with child and bear a son, and they shall name him Emmanuel,”
which means “God is with us.” When Joseph awoke, he did as the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took his wife into his home. He had no relations with her until she bore a son, and he named him Jesus.

Today is Christmas Day, the Feast of the birth of Our Lord Jesus Christ in Bethlehem. It is a great day and many people in the world will celebrate this great day. I wish you all my brothers and sisters a very Blessed Christmas and may the Lord grant you all very special graces on this great Day. I thank all those who sent me Christmas cards and also those who sent a donation. May the Lord bless you all. I am in great joy today and a number of friends who lived around me, send me cakes and meat pies, so I have plenty to eat. I am sure Our Heaenly Mother is also full of joy on this feast day which recalls the day she gave birth to Her Son Jesus.

Here is the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. He spoke to me these words,

“I bless you all My brothers and sisters on this Great Day which is the Feast of My Birth in a stable in Bethlehem. I am the Son of God but My Heavenly Father sent Me to earth born as a human being to bring salvation to the people of the earth. It was with great love that I accepted to be conceived by the Holy Spirit and to spend nine months in the womb of My Blessed Mother Mary. When the time came for Her to give birth to Me, Her and Joseph left Nazareth and traveled to Bethlehem, the city of David, for it was there that My Father wanted Me to be born. There was no place in the Inn so Joseph and My Mother had to go to a stable with the animals and it was there that My Mother gave birth to Me. At My birth a huge star appeared over the stable and the angels came and sang during the night. The angels also went to the countryside and sang for the shepherds and at the end an angel told them to go to Bethlehem and they would see Me. They came that night and knelt before Me with great joy to see the Messiah, the Savior of the world. So now My friends you are celebrating this great day which took place more than two thousands years ago but it becomes present every year at the Feast of Christmas. I give you all the gift of My grace and open your hearts to Me and I will come and live in you. I love you all.”
