Life from God’s Anointing

December 23, 2013

Dear Friends,

Life from God’s Anointing

A reading from the first Letter of St. John 2, 24 – 29:

Let what you heard from the beginning remain in you. If what you heard from the beginning remains in you, then you will remain in the Son and in the Father. And this is the promise that he made us: eternal life. I write you these things about those who would deceive you. As for you, the anointing that you received from him remains in you, so that you do not need anyone to teach you. But his anointing teaches you about everything and is true and not false; just as it taught you, remain in him.
And now, children, remain in him, so that when he appears we may have confidence and not be put to shame by him at his coming. If you consider that he is righteous, you also know that everyone who acts in righteousness is begotten by him.

We had another snowstorm on Sunday, December 22nd, and about a foot of snow fell. It stopped in the evening and today we are supposed to have some ice pellets. I am praying that we will have sunshine for Christmas.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord, the Son of God, given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters, you are preparing yourself for the Day of My Nativity, which is only two days away. You must remember that you were anointed by the Father, the Holy Spirit and by Me when you were baptized. Through Baptism you become a changed person. All sins are taken away and you become a member of My Kingdom, which I founded when I was on earth. As a member of My Kingdom, you are to belong to My Church and attend Holy Mass at least every Sunday. If you do this, then you are indeed children of God and you should be full of joy. I would like My Kingdom to expand throughout the world and especially in Canada and the United States, two countries where My Church has been present for a long time. Instead of growing in numbers, My Church is getting smaller in numbers if you count the people who go to church on Sunday. Pray My friends that all those who have left My Church will come back and believe in Me with all their heart. I call you all to be a member of a Catholic group where you can meet together in Church or in your homes at least once a week. There you will pray, read the Bible, and share your faith with those present. In this way your faith will grow and you will help those who come to the meeting. I bless you all and I fill you with My graces.”

Father Melvin

P.S. We had more snow again. I hope the snow will stop soon and we can have sunshine. May the Lord bless you all.
